Unpleasant and unprofessional

I did an 8 month contract with this agency, initially a great experience, but when I had a grievance with my working conditions on site I was threatened over calls/text by the account manager Bradley Ellar, an extremely unprofessional and nasty experience, (though my main recruiter Jake has been a pleasure to work with!), upper management don't have a clue and obviously have some lucrative contracts they want to maintain, at the cost of their contractors financial and mental wellbeing. I have also heard the new contractor that replaced me hasn't been paid on time, looks like a pattern from the reviews here. Steer clear of these cowboys. Edit: Mark my main man, we talked literally 20 mins after you posted that reply, slightly disingenuous to keep that up don't you think? I thought we were cool G?

Bradley Ellar and Mark Jeffcoat

Bradley Ellar and Mark Jeffcoat, Are incredibly helpful and supportive to me and other candidates I suppose, and their professional thought processes in terms of selecting the right candidates for any placements that they are seeking to fill it is excellent. I have known Vertex IT Solutions since 2011 my first-ever placement through them at one of the UK's Government Departments, and last year their tireless efforts to make sure that when they fill any vacancies the process always goes smoothly and always followed up by checking how their candidates are doing into their work placements. I for one, always feel that their comprehension and sympathies for my personal life challenges are appreciated because there are very rare recruitment consultancies and companies who as the likes of Mark, Bradley, and Abbegail from our industry.

I’ve always had a great relationship…

I’ve always had a great relationship when dealing with Recruitment Consultants Mark Jeffcoat and Bradley Ellar at Vertex-it Solutions. They are both professional and courteous when representing me to clients. I would highly recommend their services to contract and permanent staff registering with their agency.
