The Centauri Carbon is my first 3D…

The Centauri Carbon is my first 3D printer. It's been a great machine so far. It's a learning curve but so far all mistakes were my own doing. Close to 1000 Hrs. and going strong. I can recommend this as a first time printer to anyone looking to get into the Hobbie.

Purchased 2 Elegoo CC’s

Purchased 2 Elegoo CC’s. Both arrived in perfect condition and I was up and printing within the hour. Their filament is reasonably priced, good quality and well packaged at delivery. I’m looking to purchase their laser engraver in the near future.

part broke

part broke, customer service agreed it was a warranty item, but I never recieved the replacement part. I ended up buying myself. Leveling is off frequently. breaks frequently. requires a lot of time to research and fix issues.

So far, so good. I had a few glitches when I first started printing, but everything working now. I suggest you print a User's Manual of the basics of 3D Printing and using the Printer. IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFULL!!!

Everything I have purchased from elegoo has been wonderful. I have purchased 2 Centauri Carbon printers, multiple rolls of filament, extra nozzles of different sizes and everything has arrived earlier than expected and in great shape.

I have several elegoo printers. I currently have 7 elegoo printers. All.print flawlessly with out fail. I only with the centauri carbon had a multi filament or multi colored printing.

Satisfied with the filaments

Satisfied with the filaments . Not so much with the Neptune 4 max. It has never worked correctly and I have failed print after print. Customer service is very polite but have never solved my problems. The time to get back with me seems long but I know there is a time difference. I’m afraid my warranty will run out and I will still have a bad printer.They have now ask for me to send a G Code of the file to them and I can’t get it to send. I don’t think you should by a new printer and be working on it from the time you get it out of the box.

Cant Find a reason not to buy

The options and style of printers fit my needs. My last 5 purchases have been Elegoo printers, both FDM and resin. Support has been above and beyond. I am always watching reviews of the newest products coming out and always end up with Elegoo. Between cost, support, and variety, I can't find any reason to buy anywhere else.

Good quality product and great price

I have an Elegoo Mars 1, Jupiter SE, and Neptune 4 Plus. Each one has been reliable and has produced great quality for the price. Supplies are affordable and I have had good response times and information each time I have reached out to Elegoo. I have recommended them to everyone I know that has expressed interest in 3D printing.
