A Third Class E-Com website. Products are being sold without any Invoice and the customer care department is hopeless & dead. A case has been filed with the concerned department for appropriate action on the Unique Store for selling the products without Invoice.

Received Faulty Product -Order no. TCS247601
I ordered a Powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner on 12th Feb'25 which was deliverd on 17thFeb'25 with payment mode COD. On opening the parcel I found a part loose which is visible. I have sent many emails to initiate a return of the faulty product as the return policy is of 7 days. I also tried calling the customer care many times, but no one responds. They do not seem to be proffesional. They should be taken to the Consumer Forum for duping customers and wasting precious time for following up. I forgot to mention that totally 3 nozzles are supplied, of which 2 nozzles are of the same kind ( slanting in the front). The 3rd nozzle with a brush cannot be attached to the main unit either directly or with the given nozzle for using it. Kindly assist in product return.

Had ordered for 4in1 vacuum which does not perform one bit so will need to return & want refund have been trying to get in touch with the store but in vain seems like a big scam!!!

Powerful 4-in-1 Home Depot vacuum cleaner dud
They sent me a Powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner by Home Depot vacuum cleaner which was not a Home Depot vacuum cleaner. No charge cable came with the package as advertised. Does not charge or power on. Still waiting for their 24X7 customer service to get back to me.
