Recently, I used your service provider srilankaimmigration.org to obtain a Sri Lankan Visa. The service that charged a significantly higher fee to process a tourist visa for Sri Lanka. Despite their assurances, the visa was not issued on time, which caused considerable inconvenience. As a result, I had to obtain a visa directly from Sri Lankan immigration upon arrival. I contacted the service to request a refund due to the delay and the fact that their service was ultimately not used. However, they refused to issue a refund. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the additional expense and the stress caused by the last-minute visa arrangements. Date of experience: June 25, 2025

In the process of applying the visa in your portal, the payment option is coming before uploading the documents. It will be better to provide as option to the customers to check the validity of the documents or list of documents before payment.

Great service. Website is legit. Customer service can improve, but overall they were very helpful, even giving me follow up emails and calls. With so many bad reviews online, I wanted to give this one an honest review. Things I will want improvement on is an early understanding on mode of travels and better phone support. Some times you will call and get an answer, and sometimes they are busy (or closed) and will not answer, but will call you back if you are stalling in the process. Thanks overall for good results!

Two weeks ago I used these guys to apply for Tanzania visa - since then I've had nothing and cannot get any response beyond "please wait". The phone numbers don't work so you can't speak to a human being and their online chat is a joke. AVOID at all costs.

I applied for a UAE tourist visa through uaevisa.ae and deeply regret it. The platform looks legitimate, but behind the flashy website is a slow, unprofessional, and borderline predatory setup that should not be trusted with sensitive personal documents or money. After I paid, I was informed that processing would begin two weeks later—completely unacceptable for a “fast visa service.” I requested an immediate cancellation (well within their own refund policy), and had to send multiple follow-ups before they reluctantly agreed. Their “support” responses were evasive, offered irrelevant credit notes instead of refunds, and only backed down when I escalated with documented evidence. Avoid this site. Apply through your airline (Etihad, Emirates), or a reputable travel agency. Don’t risk your personal data and money on a site that takes you for a ride the moment you hit “pay.” I am waiting for my refund- lets see if it comes within 7-10 days as they committed. I doubt.
