Easy to book - great concert
Perhaps one suggestion - a mention that the concert is a 6pm ‘gates open’ & a time for first performer & suggested time for main performance. Saves a rush to get there only to sit for 3hrs until main performance
Couldn't hear signing
The concert was shocking... we were not to far at the back but could not hear a word any off the singers sang only the loud music. So disappointed that we paid money and didn't enjoy it due to this fact. Even felt sorry for the first act as did not have a clue what she was saying and felt this was a shame for her
This was great value for money. Location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The venue is well equipped with ample friendly staff working there
When we booked, we were offered seats in row x 8-9 & 45+. It was a Saturday matinee. When we arrived, there were a lot of empty seats in the centre area (which we used). It would have been preferable to have been able to see which rows/seats were free and to be able to select. Seats cost over €60 - we weren’t looking for cheaper options.
Plenty of reminders and relevant information. However there's a few points for possible improvement:
1. Option to buy a paper ticket
2. Address high fees for both TM & venue
3. Toilet facilities at venues to be reviewed prior to gig...eg. queued for over 1/2 hour as only 4 toilets in 'unit'. Although lots of queues, all units were the same. Yet most shopping centre outlets have approx 30 + separate cubicles. Also the SSE in Belfast has significantly more toilets too per queue. Considering the 80k+ capacity of Croke Park, this is something that urgently needs to be addressed.
First of im a woman of 38 and went along with my daughter (16) and niece (17) the security man refused us entry because my daughter and myself had no id i explained that our passports were getting renewed for our holiday to which he replied I really dont give a f*** So not only was the staff rude, I am out the money for 3 tickets I purchased
Good logistics. Since you arrive you could feel the staff was there to help you and everything was very fast at the entrance. During the event I could notice clean toilets and staff security. At the exit of the event the staff was super helpful giving people directions and helping to people like me to get to the city center even if it was my first time in Belfast.
paid lot of money for the tickets and on the night there was stand in actors, no notice was given and no offer of refund/credit or tickets to another show, there was only an A4 notice on the door on the way into the venue. the stand in actors were ok but I bought the tickets to see the main actor's (I do know one of the lead actors had an accident and couldn't preform but the other person could have or a refund/credit/other show should have been offered in advance.
Bought tickets at the pre-sale, but bad view. Extremely noisy.
Bought tickets at the pre-sale. Venue was changed at a later stage but we were never offered any seating options as result of venue change. However, a friend of ours bought two tickets very last minute (not resale tickets) for the same price and seated. Poor communication.
We had a great night at the David Grey concert we went to see him few times with ticket master and we never had a problem with our tickets, ordering them or when it came to scanning them at the venue ,great service and brilliant concert to be at
Still no payment for resale tickets, I have contacted them several times and still no resolution!! This has been going on well over a month! What sort of company is this? Can't speak to anyone, can't get payment for what I'm owed, can't make a complaint! @ticketmaster sort this now!!

As a disabled person, accessing events can be a daunting experience. I find it hard to figure out how to access tickets online and maybe the option pops up for people but they rarely do for me, even though im registered. Currently struggled all day trying to figure it out and a very kind person called Anjeline D.C went out of their way to help me via email communication in detail. It would be helpful to have a video in how to purchase accessible tickets but in the meantime people like Anjeline helped me be at ease to not miss out, especially on popular presales!
I really enjoyed this gig. However, in circumstances where the support act, Cass McCoombs is himself highly regarded, I am aware that a number of the audience had a particular interest in seeing him. the experience of seeing the support act was spoilt by the boorish behaviour who, while standing halfway up the venue, and therefore essentially impossible to avoid, talked loudly throughout, treating the auditorium as a bar. There was a little of this in the Fr John Misty gig, although much less so.
Ticket Master have no problem in encouraging customers to use their resale service, tickets we put up for resale and sold within 2 minutes, we could have sold our tickets for much more than we paid but wanted genuine fans to experience the greatest band ever and not be ripped off for doing so
Email arrived to say it will take 17 days for the resale to be paid back to us , how can ticket master be allowed to get away with this practice, they receive all our money straight away but not so worried about giving it back
