Brought a bike which clearly wasn’t moted right. Stacks of paperwork missing headlight bulbs not even working a defective back tyre service not done and I could go on but I’ll save there embarrassment

Hi all just a huge thanku to Nigel especially an the crew from the shop from beginning to end an another huge thanku to the delivery of my purchase yet again from cmc motorcycles I've dealt with them many times an would always continue to use them . Super friendly an you always get a good deal , my bikes are always mint an when ever px I always get a mint mcycle with now getting my trust an there's explaining bike conditions. Well done an thanku once again all.

Basically , when they do a mistake, they refuse to take responsibility, until my honda forza 125cc reached 16000 miles, I've never had a problem, in fact I would praise the service provided, after that service. I've noticed the engine sounded different, loss of top speed, and the bike was redlining , (still is) at 60 mph, on odometer 65mph. Dismissed the data I have on a tracker, saying that isn't accurate, I call bull, the tracker is a metatrack v6, twice the honda heated grips failed, were replaced, during the 20k service, right after said service , bike suffered a massive oil leak, on the 16k service break fluid spilled onto the body work, I did say I would fix it, as I got retouch paint, keeps refusing to plug in the ecu, in two ofvthe services the ecu wasn't reseted, and no other dealership will touch it as it not their mistake, plenty more to say and none of it good at all, at this moment I'm still looking to fix the bike

Purchased a moped for my 16 year old Son from Thunder Road Motorcycles Bridgend. Great service, staff are very helpful and professional. From the initial visit where we received advice from Chris, looking at mopeds, information about completing a CBT test etc, to making a purchase. When we returned to make our purchase, Andy was very helpful throughout the purchasing process and during collection, keeping us informed at all times. We'll be back to upgrade to a 125cc when my Son turns 17. Highly recommended.

I have rang thunder road many times for different parts for my bike, every time all they say is they can't get it, I rang today for something as simple as a set of spark plugs again to get told they haven't got them, zero help in finding or ordering them, attitude stinks.

What a great experience!! Have dealt with Thunder Road + Completely Motorbikes a number of time. Can't fault the attention to detail... they even invited me to BSB for a day out! Great team... will be back! Thanks All!

Went to Bridgend today. Not stated on website but clothing section closed. Attitude of staff was bad. Was told clothing not open because no one will work on a Sunday and the staff that were there didn't want to be there either. No customer service what a shambles.

After a tricky start we can't thank Thunder Road enough . I bought an Indian motorcycle back last year . The bike had a few issues after it was delivered but Thunder Road and it's staff have been brilliant . Would highly recommended . They went above and beyond to get the bike sorted and sorted out some compensation for me . Thank you to Chris P and Andrew who really moved things along . I couldn't be happier with my purchase .

I bought a new Kawasaki 400 Ninja from Thunder Road at Cwmbran. The service was very professional and friendly. I really recommend this company as I can’t thank them enough.

I turned up without a booking and asked if there was any availability for my moped to be fitted with a new tyre, one of the staff members came and took a look at my moped wheel and then checked their stock inventory. They were able to supply and fit my moped with a new tyre on site and it was ready the following day. Considering this was unexpected/not booked in advance I was quickly taken care of, the speed from start to end was excellent, and the customer service was really good. This store and its ream areclearly well established as they knew how to address my need as a customer within the first visit. The showroom, shop and bikes were in immaculate condition, everything was labelled and kept to a high standard . This was my first time at this store, so my expectations were exceeded and I will be using this store as my first point of call for all future needs for my moped. I will most definitely will be looking to purchase a new bike from here in the future given the experience and quality workmanship I seen at this store. Staff: friendly, polite, helpful, customer focused, efficient Store: well maintained, high level of standards, full stocked, everything labelled for purchasing ease, well proportion layout Stock: large range of stock, well maintained, superb quality, genuine parts, excellent stock availability.

I recently bought a Suzuki Burgman from Thunder Road Motorcycles in Bridgend who also gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and a fitted top box. The bike was delivered to my home in Bath and my old one collected. Everyone I dealt with from Richard to the delivery driver were friendly, efficient, polite and a pleasure to conduct business with. My only complaint is that they dont have a branch in Bath! Well done lads.

Thanks to Colin at Thunder rd under 3 minutes to put in a claim for a faulty screen on the nt1100. Then about an hour to fit I cant praise these guys enough always polite and professional thanks guys.

I won’t buy another bike from them , I have bought 2 bikes this year , a Moto Guzzi Mandello V100 , I went to pick it up and they brought it out of the dealership with a cracked screen , it was only when I asked them to change the screen with another one on another V100 that they did so , the first response were will order another for you , I wasn’t excepting that . Then I bought an Aprilla scooter 125 for my daughter , they delivered that with a damaged bar end , I have also since discovered that there should be a safety split pin in the rear wheel bolt , which is missing , so obviously the bike hasn’t been checked over properly before delivery , one of the salesman told me he was sending out a replacement bar end , that was over a week ago , I still haven’t received it , the finance paperwork was done wrong , which is now costing me an extra £600 . I would advise people to stay well clear .

Had a problem in setting up a Bluetooth headset device which I had bought from your thunder road dealership in Cwmbran, Gwent After attending at the shop was dealt with the accessories manager Lee who was so helpful and sorted out the matter in no time ( I had been trying for hours). Great service with no fuss. Please do pass on these comments to Lee who is without doubt a credit to your organisation.

Absolutely amazing customer service, couldn't have asked for anything more. After having a bad experience with another dealer in Cardiff, Thunder Road certainly made me realise they aren't all the same. The staff at thunder road have been spot on, and extremely helpful through the whole process of buying my new motorbike. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike or service their current bike. The staff in the workshop were also extremely helpful, and very courteous. Thank you Lee and the rest of the team for such a positive experience.

Having contacted a few dealers and been disappointed by the offers on my nearly new Harley, I was pleasantly surprised by the deal that Richard of Thunder Road presented in exchanging for a new Indian Chief. It’s always a worry when spending substantial sums of money with someone miles away that you’ve never met; However, throughout the process, Richard was highly professional with communication and even dealt gracefully with my last-minute colour change. The bike was delivered to my home on the date agreed and for the past three months I’ve had nothing but pleasure from it. I’d have no hesitation in working with Thunder Road next time I’m looking to change.
