Excellent training tool. Easy to use and offers a range of mandatory and specialist courses. Covers all areas such as Foster care, LAC and Leaving care and we are able to access all of them. My staff find the training helpful and the certificates are great as evidence of training completed.

Great variety of training available which has helped us in new venture in children's homes delivery. The system is easy to use and includes the ability for managers to assess impact upon children. Good courses for young people also.

We have only been using The Hub for our on line training for the past few months. staff tell me they much prefer the Hub to our previous systems and like the fact that you can printt off a workbook for future reference. this is evidenced in how quickly staff complete once they have been registered onto the system.

Inspirations Care. A great training tool for our staff, we love the variety of courses available. Very easy for the staff to access, and no waiting time to obtain certificates. The Handbooks that we can download have aided us in setting up a training resource that our staff can access at anytime to refresh their knowledge. Its great that our young people and parents are able to also complete courses that are appropriate.

Whilst working at Outbound Care we have utilised the online platform of training of the The Children's Home Training Hub and found it very inclusive regarding the content of the videos, back ups by the assessment tool used. They even have very detailed handbooks for each course to further support your learning after the training. Finally there is an evaluation which has come in helpful with doing supervisions with staff and reaffirming they knowledge from the course. We have also used the "face to Face" training, which again was informative and received good feedback form our staff. Thanks for the good training.
