Ordered but never received... Got a track and trace, wasn't home when delivered. Should be in the mailbox, nothing Found. Multiple mails has been send, no answers received. Never again!

No good

No good. Ordered Arsenal retro jersey for my mate in April. Came in about 5 weeks. Size is smaller than advertised. I reached out 6 times via email for a return and to get a new size. No reply. 60 buck shirt sitting in the drawer, useless. Never recommend to anyone.

Order #20208 without answer

On the 14th of november 2024 I placed an order of two jerseys, the package was supposed to arrive on the 8th of December at most. During the waiting process, I never got any updates about the package and I started to believe I would not receive anything. On the 10th of December the package arrived containing only 1 of the 2 jerseys I had ordered. I waited a couple of days to see if they had been sent in separate orders but it was not the case. Since then I have been sending emails from several accounts notifying of my problem, and providing me with my order number. In one occasion they answered quickly, but when I stated my problem and asked for either the jersey to get sent again or a reimbursement they stopped replying and there hasn't been a reply from them since then. It's been several months of me sending emails and getting back with nothing, they have completely disappeared and on their website there is no help provided neither. This is a either a big scam or a website with the poorest costumer service I've ever seen.

I haven't got my order it's been 10 days now since it's been "dispatched" i gave them 5 stars because they have everything i need and I ordered for my first time because I wanted to try it first but if everything works out then it won't be my last. Nothing to complain but waiting

I have been waiting for a t-shirt almost for 3 months, and I didn't get even a parcel number. Not recommended. (Edited) Thank you to replay here in stead to do that after all the emails I have been sending you! The address was ok, I can get packages from China, whole Europe and Latin America without any problem with the address EXACTLY the way I wrote you. Your company is the only one with complications to do that. I really appreciate if you reply mails, and by email let me know which delivery did you used and please, the parcel nr.

Customer service reageert niet op e-mails, meer dan een maand geleden eerste e-mail gestuurd voor het retouneren van een besteld shirt. Nooit reactie op gehad.. ook op vervolg e-mails wordt niet gereageerd. Ze geven aan dat de reactietijd 3 tot 7 werkdagen is, inmiddels wacht ik al meer dan 20 werkdagen op een reactie..

Suppose to be delivered between 04 August - 24th still not here and it’s saying on the tracking that it’s waiting for next steps in transit since 19th of August… Need it here for Thursday as I’m going to Manchester on Friday and I bought it specifically for that trip. Promised receiving the goods within few days. Still no goods received paid for!

I reveived the respond of Boutique soccer on my review/complaint regarding order number 29952 on August 18th, the goods were on its way and I should receive it within few days. Still the status of the concerning order is that it is being processed (not on its way). It is a week later now and still received any goods. How reliable are these responds ....?

Scammy website, no answer 4 months after order

Ordered for 110€ on 31 of May 2025. Got a tracking link, my ordered stayed stuck in a pending status. It has been 3 months, I sent 3 mails to receive an update and still haven’t even received a word of answer. I feel completely scammed. Do not order from this website

Shipment from order #25156 The jersey I ordered in March still has not arrived. My emails were answered until two months ago, and in such a tone that I do not even wish to detail it here. Whoever cannot fulfill an order should rather work on that instead of writing ironic replies. For two months now you have not responded, but if you do not do so as soon as possible, our case will take another course. I am not willing to give up a single cent because of these amateurs.
