Fast international shipping

TRUSTWORTHY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

AMAZING experience from my first contact to delivery! I was VERY skeptical of the site and the authenticity of their products and reached out to customer service to inquire. They were not only very prompt in their responses but also polite and patient. I was convinced but my husband was still very against purchasing an expensive bag from them. But I decided to take the risk and couldn't be more happy that I did! The manager stepped in to ensure that the bag arrived on my mom's birthday. I received tracking notifications throughout the bag's journey. It arrived in perfect condition just like I saw it at the actual store -- including the dust bag and authenticity card. It even included a customized thank you note with my name and a handwritten signature of the person who prepared my shipment. I was extremely impressed and my mom was very pleased. I will def shop again and refer!

Shipping on par and product looked legit. Compared prices from this websites too the main brand sites and the prices are indeed better on here. When I got my package shipped there was a personalized note that made the experience so much better

Customer service terrible

Ordered a pair of shoes from here the shipping was delayed 2 days almost didn’t make it in time for my event however they claim to inspect the item prior to shipping before they send it off and when it arrived the bottoms had a indentation / pebble mark on it which they refused to acknowledge was overlooked by their team also item is conveniently out of stock so cannot get a replacement. They have not offered any kind of resolution or compensation for this disappointment especially at this price point of the shoe…
