A substitute was supplied which was not as good as the Pinot Grigio ordered. We were offered a £5 reduction but had to place an order valued at £60 plus. The original offer of a £5 voucher was not based in placing a further order of £60+ but was a gesture to make up for our complaint. The matter is now close as we will not be using them again.

My order was urgent, I needed confirmed delivery the next day and live some 2oo miles away. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and I am happy to say that the order was delivered the next morning. The wine: Anniversario 62 is a beautiful, well bodied wine from Italy and I am happy to say that I got the last crate (pre- stock delivery). Happy days, well done to Taste Fine Wines.

Website is easy to use and gives an update if products are available or unavailable. Once my order was placed, I got updates of when my wine would arrive.

A delicious wine easy on the digestion not too strong I had a bottle and was pleasantly merry. I could taste the mild spices and it had a lovely bottle but what can I do with it?!!! Xxxlyn
