I have orderd here before. but their "add to cart" buttton is not working on the site. so i called, the person on the line said, well we have not had anyone else complain, it must be your computer. I said it is not as I tried on a couple different browsers, she repeated their was nothing she could do becuase it was not their problem. I suggested contacted tech department or company, she reapeated it is was a fault on my end not hers. She was rude. I will not be buying from them again.
Poor Customer Service
I am a repeat customer of The Suspender Store and have been wearing their products for years. I recently ordered a set of suspenders that were too long when they arrived. As instructed, I triple-measured with cloth tape. I have successfully ordered suspenders before without any issues.
I contacted The Suspender Store twice in 72 hours and have not received a response. I want to exchange the suspenders.
I am disappointed with the poor customer service and will buy my suspenders from another vendor.
I am unsure if the email or website messaging system is current, but I have received no responses to my inquiries.
2 out of 3 suspenders are defective
I bought three suspenders from them, for two of them the clips did not close properly. I've contacted them days ago, and got no response whatsoever. I don't plan to purchase anything from them again.

I purchased two pairs of suspenders from the Suspender Store; these were separate transactions about one year apart. Both of the suspenders came apart at the buckle end after a few months of use. After the second pair came apart, I contacted the Suspender Store via email for refund or replacement and got no response. I followed up after a few weeks and Karie from the Suspender Store replied agreeing to refund the purchase price but only on one of the suspenders, she stated the other one was out of the warranty period. Note each pair had the same defect - the buckle came apart. One month later there was no refund. I followed up again with Karie who told me "Thanks for following up. It looks like it was sitting in pending. We pushed the payment through." This seemed like an untruthful excuse. I feel that if I had not followed up I would never get the refund. There was never a delay or 'pending' status when the Suspender Store was processing my payment. Also Karie refused to refund the original shopping cost I had paid. So I bought two pairs of suspenders, they were both defective with the same exact buckle coming apart issue, the Suspender store only refunded me for one of the two pairs. I experienced poor quality product and terrible customer service, they would not refund the shipping even though this was a defective product, and they jerked me around on the refund as I had to follow up several times and never would have received the refund they agreed to if I had not followed up.
