Poor service and lack of effort
⸻ My experience with Study Hub started off optimistic. They provided detailed information about their Digital Marketing Job Guarantee Programme, which sounded promising. After completing all the courses and 40+ assignments, however, their effort in securing and delivering on the job guarantee has been extremely poor. There has been a serious lack of communication and long delays in addressing complaints. For the past seven months, I have repeatedly been told that my query is “with the relevant team,” yet no real solution has been provided. Furthermore, their job application process is questionable, as it requires students to share passwords. The meetings with so-called job specialists have also been disappointing — the advice given is generic and not tailored to digital marketing at all. Overall, I feel let down. The customer service is poor, and the programme does not live up to the promises made at the start. I would not recommend Study Hub.
