I am an EU citizen, and my order never arrived at the final destination. I understand that this could be the delivery company at fault, but nevertheless, the responsibility for the delivery of the package is theirs. I tried to contact support, and the experience with them was poor, to say the least. I had to open a contest with the bank to get my money back. This could have gone another way; they could have shipped my package again, and I would have been their client forever. Now I will go and buy Hue.
Warning: don't trust the official yeelight store. Their customer service will not resolve problems with delivery. In my case I paid for two lights, and they only sent one. The weight of the package was written on the delivery box, and shows only one light was sent. On raising this with customer service I first got an automated response, then 2 days later a response asking for photos of the package, which I quickly sent. And now it's been more than two weeks with no reply despite a number of chasing emails from me. It would be so easy for them to resolve but they really don't seem to care, and now I've got to work out how to bring a consumer rights complaint or legal claim.

Bulb keeps loosing wifi and i cant reconnect it. When i contacted with producer the only anwser i got is to contact with shop i have bought it.
There are scammer. There aren't provide my product. Don't buy anything from this website
