I really think you should hire more…
I really think you should hire more intelligent people besides the ones you have now! Which lack a lot! Quitting Spotify because my password was changed or hacked ,, but why would anyone hack a music account!? Not like they couldn’t find my playlists publicly!! Then no one can help me get back 14 years of music? Then your company doesn’t care about its customers at all! So I quit Spotify and definitely would not recommend it to anyone !

posting for a friend, service feels like a total scaM AND probs ILLEGAL it seems like they’re using stolen accounts and just tossing people into random family plans!! you'll get premium for a few days after upgrading, but then you’ll get kicked off by the ACTUAL account owner HONESTLY, just get a few friends together and make your own spotify family plan. It’ll cost about the same, OR even less, AND at least you won’t be part of something shady af many sites are like this. when stuff stops working, they DON'T CARE and just hit you with some LAMMEEE excuse!!!!

Terrible support
It seemed to have worked for a while, but now the support leaves my tickets with no response at all, and their parent/partner website does the same. The new Spotify.ax website has multiple bugs and dead links.

Service is a scam and seems to be illegal.
Service is a scam and illegal. They aren't what they claim to be. When it stops working they just dont care. They always come up with some great excuse. After you upgrade you keep premium for some days and then you get kicked out by the owner of the account, wich suggests that these accounts are pretty much stolen and they just add you into random people family subscriptions. Just get some people together and make a spotify family subscription it's more worth it than this service, it will be the same price if not cheaper and at least you wont be participating in something illegal.

Scammers, payment processing indefinitely
I thought this might be a great page because I had good experience with accountbot.io. Sadly the payment is still processing 3 days after paying with bitcoin. I have opened a ticket just now. If they respond I'll update my review. Edit: Two weeks ago I've made the payment.. Got multiple responses and chatted a bit with them. Last Response 6 days ago was "Notified.". Yesterday I sent a message "I'm still waiting..". Still not response. I probably just got scammed. Edit 2: 5 more days have passed, still nothing. They are just ignoring me now. Edit 3: FINALLY! They responded and upgrade worked successfully. I now have Spotify premium. Sadly took almost a month.. hopefully it will last a bit.

Legit, but service isn't what it claims to be
I mean they're legit but when your account stops working and you need a response don't expect to get one, expect to pay the $5 for a new account. I've had a support ticket open for several days with no response, but my order for a new account was completed instantly. Hopefully this review can get some attention and I can get that replacement.

Stay away from them
The service work occasionally. The problems start when you have to speak with the support to make a replacement. The will never answer and if they do, they don't offer any solution. Stay away from them. EDIT. Your answer is just a joke! I still wait for you to reply to my ticket since 16.01.2023! So yes, people must stay away from you.

Nothing But A Scam
This is absolute rubbish and nothing but a scam. Please do not be fooled into thinking that this will work, and do not be ridiculous in thinking that anyone will actually help you. You may as well be shouting into the void. I think the chances of getting a refund are zero so if you fancy just giving money away then please give this a go.

New Site spotify.ax (Best Service) 🌟
New Site: spotify.ax --------------- I have purchased spotify.ac key before and it is very useful. I was able to replace multiple times when the spotify premium stops working. (You have to create new account and make a transfer on all songs to your account. There is supposed to be a tutorial how to do it.) I transferred around a few times like 1-3 times and the spotify premium was lasting for 4 months so far. A member since March, 2022

Keep getting booted off
So having bought a key I set up my account quite easy to do. 1 hour later kicked out of my plan. Got a replacement key and same again. Forth attempt now. Used new email address( must have about 20 gmail addresses now) Tried new passwords and country still not working. Can't really find the solution. My very first account lasted 7months before I got booted. HELP PLEASE
