No one answers emails, only one from three email noted on site actually exist, two others are invalid.
SO, at the end of this story I stayed without pants and without money, and wasted 2 week trying to get any reply from shop - but no luck
That’s nightmare to deal with this store.
My return pack is on the post office 2 month.
Three times writing and asking to stores stuff please pick my return up from the post.No will not do it.
Why?! No answer. I’m writing from outside of Germany and for them walk 100 m to post is a big problem.

I live in Valencia-Spain. Just received my sneakers today 20/11 that I bought on the 14/11. So a total of 6 days minus 2 for the weekend is a pretty good delivery time, for a product coming from Berlin.
Also the confirmation email came right after the purchase was made and a link to track my order, less than 24h after that.
Maybe I have just been very lucky, but still...
I really don´t understand all the bad reviews !!!

Ich habe am 04.11.2024 eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach einer Woche habe ich dann endlich jemanden im Store erreicht. Der Mitarbeiter hat geschaut,ob die Ware aus Polen losgeschickt wurde.
Dann wurde mir gesagt die Bestellung wurde storniert,da ich nicht direkt bezahlt habe was nicht stimmt (ich habe direkt über Paypal bezahlt wo ich jetzt einen Fall offen habe).
Dieser Store ist leider nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Mein Sohn hat sich dort für 169,90€ Nike Shox bestellt. Das Paket kam recht zügig bei uns an, nur leider mit den falschen Schuhen. Nach einem kurzen Email Verkehr wurde eine GLS Kurier beauftragt, die falsch gelieferte Ware bei uns abzuholen. Dies erfolgte prompt am nächsten Tag. Man versicherte mir in der email, dass die richtigen Schuhe sofort versendet werden, sobald die falsch gelieferte Ware angekommen sei. Bis heute hat dieser Store auf keine email mehr reagiert. Auch unter der angegebenen Handynummer erreiche ich keinen Mitarbeiter mehr. Glücklicherweise habe ich über Paypal bezahlt und versuche nun auf diesem Weg mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.
Zusatz
Nachdem ich einen Konflikt über Paypal eröffnet und die o.a. Bewertung geschrieben habe, wurde soto Store aktiv und die Schuhe wurden uns umgehend geschickt.
Mein Sohn ist jetzt zufrieden
Ich hatte etwas Sorgen wegen den schlechten Bewertungen aber wurde positiv überrascht. Die Schuhe sind zeitnah angekommen und sind in perfekter Qualität. Das was leider nicht beschrieben wurde ist das der Artikel aus Polen verschickt wurde aber das sollte jetzt nicht negativ sein.
Einfach nur enttäuscht!
Schuhe 👟 Marke Nike und recht günstig, mit volle Vorfreude bestellt. Fühlten sich allerdings unbequem und irgendwie „hart „von Material aus. Also Rückgabe per online beantragt und auf eigene Kosten zurück geschickt. Hmm, Paket Kamm Woche später an mich zurück, ohne Begründung ohne Mail oder Erklärung. Ich war der Meinung, das es Lieferanten Fehler war und Paket nicht angenommen.
Shop angeschrieben und dann … Überraschung! Soto Shop verweigert die Rückgabe, da es nicht in der original außen!!!! Paket 📦 versendet worden ist?!. Innen ist der original Nike Karton und auch die Schuhe sind ordentlich verpackt und selbstverständlich ungetragen.
Nach unfreundlichen Mail Schriftverkehr sind Schuhe wieder auf dem Weg zu mir 🤔 dubiös und unseriös. Kann so was nicht nachvollziehen und für mich definitiv ein Shop, den man online vermeiden soll.
Hold jer LANGT fra soso-store. Der er tale om snyd og svindel. Jeg har handlet hos dem, og de har beredvilligt taget imod min betaling. Da jeg ikke kunne bruge varen og derfor ville sende den retur, fik jeg ingen respons på min mail til dem vedrørende returnering. Jeg har derfor returneret varen for min egen regning. Jeg har skrevet til dem utallige gange, men de reagerer slet ikke. De snyder!
Terrible experience with Soto Store. This is the first time I ordered from this store. I bought 2 items which they just posted the day before on their Instagram account.
Two days after I receive an order confirmation on 1 item, and another email with an automatic order cancellation on the other item? I answered them immediately on the email but with no reply.
I called them the day after, they explained that they did not have the item in stock. I asked why they posted it on their Instagram 2 days ago, and it’s also available on their website, but it was the same reply I got.
Furthermore they charged me the full amount for both items which I did not receive. I had to call them twice and finally after two weeks I got my refund. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
Unseriöser Händler! Lockt mit Schnäppchen Preisen and und storniert die Bestellung nach dem man diese aufgegeben hat. Meine Bestellung wurde vor 3 Wochen vom Shop storniert seit dem warte ich auf eine Rückzahlung. Rückantwort gibts es vom Shop leider keine..! Tolle Sache, Fall ging jetzt an Paypal.

I made a purchase on 08.10.23 with shipping to Poland. To my delight, the parcel arrived on 10.10.23, and the best part was that the shipping cost was 0.00 EURO. I'm not sure if this is a special offer for new users or applies to all EU countries, but I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Seriöser Händler mit günstigen Preisen, aber längerer Versandzeit
Wegen der vielen schlechten Rezensionen war ich zunächst misstrauisch, habe aber trotzdem 2 Artikel (die woanders schon ausverkauft waren) für einen recht günstigen Preis bestellt. Leider hat es etwas gedauert, bis das Paket verschickt wurde und es kam nach 10 Tagen an (3 Tage nach Versandbestätigung). Der Kundenservice hat über Chat aber sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Bestellung ist einwandfrei und vollständig angekommen.
Sehr guter Preis, schneller Versand. 1 Stern Abzug, da Paket beschädigt (nur aussen, Inhalt intakt). Paket könnte auch UPS gewesen sein können, in dem Fall 1 Stern abzug, da UPS für den Versand genommen wurde.
Ich habe Nike Schuhe bestellt,sie waren recht günstig und ich dachte erst das vielleicht keine Originalen geliefert werden. Habe also vorsichtshalber über PayPal gezahlt. Und nach den negativen Bewertungen hier war ich dann doch überrascht. Meine Schuhe kamen aus Polen und wurden innerhalb einer Woche geliefert. Und es sind zu meiner Erleichterung Originale. Ich persönlich habe also eine gute Erfahrung gemacht.
Ordered a chainguard from snoto, it is a good idea but it's made from cheap plastic and it broke and was lost a few months after purchasing it,
the plastic is cheap and it obviously hardens and breaks at its weakest point,
not worth the money obviously, customer service response from snot-Aleander was very ignorant,
don't waste your money on this gimmick.

Ihr bestellt NICHT bei einem deutschen Laden in Berlin. Das ist alles Augenwischerei. Die Ware, die zwar bezahlt ( Gott sei dank mit PayPal bezahlt und daher zurückbekommen) aber nie geliefert wird kommt aus Polen oder Schweden.

J’ai commandé sur ce site, je n’ai eu aucunes informations concernant la date de livraison, j’ai donc envoyé un mail après une semaine et ils m’ont répondu que mon produit était manquant et qu’ils ne l’avaient plus en stock.
Je suis retourné voir sur le site et le produit était toujours là, je ne comprends pas.
Bref ne commandez pas.
So because of trustpilot I was a little bit scared to order from SOTO, but I contacted them personally and ask everything about the product, shipping and availability. Got fast response and even a voucher for 15% off. So I was really happy and ordered and everything came in less than a week! Overall good experience!
