Misleading advertising. The app was promoted on social media as offering a trial period. I signed up and paid for the trial period, but after reviewing the app, I decided it wasn’t for me and cancelled the subscription shortly after. Unfortunately, I was charged again the full subscription price a week later. I contacted support to resolve this, but no assistance was provided regarding a refund. Instead, I was offered access to another app, which I declined due to the poor experience and concerns about incurring further charges without my consent. The charge should not have occurred after cancellation, and a refund has been refused.
