No complaints at all. Super quick. Super thorough. I could very easily recognize that skytech takes a great deal of pride in their build. Thank you

NEVER AGAIN. They advertise this as a 'gaming computer' However, it freezes constantly and struggles to get over 30 FPS. THIRTY FPS. Let that sink in. $1,500 down the drain. I WASTED SO MUCH F**KING MONEY FOR A BRICK. Never buy from here. They just wipe their asses with your money.
Horrible company. Bought a $5,500 PC. Lasted exactly 18 days past the return window and CPU, MOBO, and liquid cooler are shot. Been in repair 3 weeks now - slightly less than the amount of time i've actually had it. Sent it back with their return label and packaged it overly cautious. Now they're saying there is suddenly case damage and charging me $120. Company is a scam. Avoid and buy anywhere else.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about my experience. First of all, the PC took almost three full weeks to arrive. That kind of delay already had me feeling uneasy, especially after spending a large portion of my savings on this purchase. I tried to be patient and hopeful that it would be worth the wait—but I was wrong. Not even a month in, and the PC has already started crashing constantly. We're talking random shutdowns, freezing, —it’s barely usable. I haven’t even pushed it hard with gaming or editing software, yet it can’t seem to handle basic tasks without failing. It’s incredibly frustrating. This feels like an absolute waste of money. I saved up for this machine, and now I feel like I’ve been sold a lemon. The quality is terrible, and the support has been no help so far. They’re quick to take your money, but slow to offer real solutions when things go wrong. I will never buy from this company again. Please, if you're considering making a purchase here—think twice. I wish I had read a review like this before spending my savings.

Horrible experience with this company. I got a 4090 PC that's supposed to be future proof so that I dont have to upgrade my PC for a long while. I wanted it to last me at least 5 years, yet this "Powerful PC" only lasted me 6-7 months before I started getting BSoD. I sent the PC for repairs and it didn't get returned to me till a whole month later. It ran fine for 2 weeks, and then started crashing whenever I tried loading games. It kept doing this until the PC stopped turning all altogether. So now I have to send the PC AGAIN for repairs. The customer service reps advised me they may need to replace the GPU, oh but they don't have any 4090s anymore, so my only options are to downgrade to a 5080 and they only credit me a measly $300 dollars or upgrade to a 5090 and they want to charge me $1700. Actually insane, that they give me a defective PC and I have to choose between 2 terrible deals of downgrading or upgrading. This is the first and last time I ever buy a prebuilt PC. It all just seems like a scam now since they say they will not refund me the PC since its past 30 days. So they can sell PCs to last at least 30 days and then after that they can do whatever they want essentially. Absolute terrible experience for someone who works 3 jobs and goes to school full-time and just wanted some solid gaming time to escape from all of that. Thanks for nothing Skytech
People are always hesitant when buying pre-built PCs because you're never quiet sure how it will turn out. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with a part, so I contacted Skytech support. The process was painless and smooth from start to end. Timothy N. reassured me that we would figure it out and he took his time trying to help me figure out my problem by using the remote support app (which is great!). We were able to identify the problem (faulty ram stick). With the help of Christopher L., I was able to receive new ram sticks before sending my old ones back (was still under the 1 year warranty, only needed a refundable deposit to make this transaction). The entire team was very responsive and supportive. Most of the process was done through email, but I never waited more than an hour or two for responses. I can't recall the last time I had customer support this good. I highly recommend this company and I will be highly considering them for my next pre-built!
I bought the Skytech Azure 3 the white computer tower and got the mouse and keyboard and I had my own monitor but fully interested in trying theirs but I have had no issues with it the computer has been great since day one and will recommend the Azure 3 to anyone.
Got my Azure 3 in the mail today , plugged it in and it DOES NOT TURN ON! I have been trying to reach support for 2 hours and can’t get through to anyone. $1500 for what ?????
I had a slight problem with the ordering process but the customer service team was really great and efficiently helped me solve everything. I recieved the Omega 2, and packaging was on point. Everything is checked and certified before they send it. The pc has been running great, very fast, runs games seamlessly. Thanks. Skytech!
Computer came earlier than expected, well packed with good packing material and easy instructions on how to set up. Have been using for two months with basically no issues, everything I would expect to run well has and it was well worth the price paid. Would recommend this computer and retailer.
It was great, customer service was fast and fantastic. Only issue was the website itself was buggy. One day when I went to check my order it wasn’t there but it was still in their system so I still got it in the end just had to contact them.
Since most computer afficionados/experts are rarely looking to purchase a pre-build or a machine built by a company, I am going to write this review for those intermediate computer users/builders or the novice. For me personally, I used to build PCs back in the early 2010s when both the hardware and software were very different than it is now. I am sure with enough time and research I could have built my own identical PC for about $100 less, however after considering all options I went with a Skytech build. For me personally, the biggest driver to purchase a Skytech machine was the highly reviewed support team for any PC problems. For the extra $100 in price, I saved countless hours of research time, had zero risk of build error, have full tech support, and a year warranty on the machine. After choosing my build and completing the purchase, I received the shipping information via email in 2 business days. Two business days later, the PC arrived (I live in Northern CA). The packing protection of the product was done very well, both the case itself and all the internal components. Inside of the box was a Skytech folder with information on the machine, a gaming keyboard/mouse, a case cloth cover, and the motherboard accessories. The case came with clear warnings and unpacking instructions (although not personally needed) and the motherboard GPU connections were covered with a label that directs the user to plug in to the dedicated GPU slots. The plug in and first-time boot is what you would expect from a new machine, windows setup and update install. Once I was fully installed and running, my new PC automatically shut itself down 20 minutes into my first gaming session. Upon reboot I discovered the GPU disabled itself from the device manager and required a fresh install of drivers to re-enable. When this occurred the second time after 20 minutes of gaming it was disheartening and somewhat depressing, however I imagine it would have been much worse if that occurred on my own build without any tech support to help me confirm the problem. I reached out to Skytech support and had a dedicated tech support rep assigned to my case in less than a business day. My tech (Dan M.) was very knowledgeable and friendly, worked around my busy schedule, and was able to confirm that there was most likely a hardware issue with my GPU. I do understand that is completely luck of the draw and could have just as easily happened to me if I purchased a GPU on my own. However, since I purchased from Skytech, I didn’t have to deal with the manufacturer. Since there was a chance that the issue wasn’t with the GPU, I was offered the option to ship back the entire build and get a new one. (This would not have been an option if I built it myself.). As a person who generally likes to be safe rather than sorry, I opted to send the whole unit back. I was sent the shipping label to print out, packed up the machine as best as I could using the same materials they used, and I shipped it out. The package made it to Skytech within 2 business days, and they shipped my replacement within 2 business days. The replacement was identical to the original except for a different brand of RAM, but the specs were the same. I noticed almost immediately that the new machine ran much better and I have been gaming many hours a day, for a solid week. While the experience of having to send the first PC back and getting a second one is not ideal, I don’t feel a defective GPU is the fault of Skytech. Not only did that GPU pass all stress tests at Skytech (per quality control slip) that GPU also passed stress tests right in front of me when my assigned tech remoted into the PC to test it. I am very happy they resolved the issue quickly and to my full satisfaction. I simply can’t imagine what I would have gone through if that failure had occurred on my own build, without any tech support or any replacement immediate options. Needles to say, I give Skytech 5 stars and will be purchasing from them again in the future for my kids/family. For those who are interested in specifics, my build was about $1,700 after taxes and has the following: *AMD Ryzen 7 7700 >CPU (w/ custom RGB heat sync) *ASUS Prime X870-P WIFI >MBoard *AS ROCK RX 7800 XT >GPU *Fury Kingston 6000 mt CL32 (16GB X2) >RAM *850W Plus Gold > PSU *Kingston NV3 1TB >SSD *Aquarium type case 2RBG fan in / 1RGB fan out
1. Bought a system from them; within 2 weeks the ethernet adapter stopped working. Went to retailer (Best Buy) who examined it and diagnosed a corrupted motherboard. Exchanged for new one. 2. New one arrives... (a) Keyboard doesn't work and needs to be replaced. (b) One of the three front-facing fans stops working within 1-2 days. Currently at retailer and awaiting fix/report. Buyer beware.
Easy to navigate their website, easy to place an order. I received my new computer very quickly, and it came packaged incredibly well. Above and beyond quality from Skytech Gaming. Thank you!!!
Still waiting for my order after it said shipped on the 7th of July. Email didn’t come with a tracking number and customer service very hard to get a hold of. I’m scared about the quality of the pc when it gets here. Might get a refund just cause of bad customer service.
PC was good for about a year and then it just died. this company is a pile of dogshit and i will never be purchasing their trash again.
I ordered the white azure 3 at first I was scared bcs some reviews said there’s didn’t work but when I got it it came well packaged and after playing some games on it it runs everything good i would recommend other people to buy this!
Very concerned: What’s going on with this company? Concerned as they don’t reply to customer service requests for tracking info on order. Fraudulent? Ordered & paid for the computer on 7/2/25, and while they sent 2 emails saying it shipped this week, but no tracking info. They won’t reply to requests for tracking info on UPS, and while they say it shipped, it has not.
$2200 for a PC that doesnt turn on. And customer service is nonexistent.
