Did my CeMAP course with Simply Academeny and cannot recommend them enough, I did the full online classroom course and passed first time, 8 weeks start to finish

Terrible company. Initially bought the 'self study' which as other have said is just a massive pdf with some questions on the topics. You can get full video tutorial courses from other providers for a couple hundred cheaper. I ended up converting to the in person course as this was obviously not adequate and that got cancelled a week before!! Do not use this company look into others!!!

Stay away!! This is a complete scam. Paid nearly £800 for 2 PDF documents which don’t even contain all modules/units needed to complete CeMap. To add insult to injury there are spelling and grammar mistakes littered throughout. Go straight to LIBF they provide you with all the course materials needed, entry to your first exam and access to practice papers for a fraction of the price. Complete disgrace that this company is still up and running.

Total shambles, no communication just automated 5 day response time. Attended an 5 day course, was emailed study material prior, no new material given or covered on the course, not even the material that was emailed matched what was being presented. The trainer was unaware of the online material so a complete mess. The course did not cover all the learning needed, quick to take your money but no support after. Even the response to my emails were copy and pasted so no consideration at all.

Awful experience with them, booked into a CeMAP two week course, first week in Manchester for CeMAP1, and second in Birmingham for 2&3, a week and a half before the first date, they informed me on Friday that that week wasn’t going ahead, leaving me 4 days to sort an alternative ( as they told me over a bank holiday so couldn’t get in touch till Tuesday) they then persisted on the fact I could do 2&3 before my CeMAP1 even though it would be super hard, just to try carry on selling the course, then I wanted to see if I could at least get onto the E learning week for 1, when they told me it was full, to then tell me 3 days later I could be put on it as soon as I asked to cancel the whole thing, they then didn’t even want to refund me the whole thing as ‘ I could’ve done CeMAP 2&3 before 1 and done 1 later in the year!’ Then after requesting the full refund they tried to charge me a £120 admin fee for their fault! Even after I’ve had to book accommodation to stay at these two different cities untill I said I’d write a bad review then they gave the whole lot back. Dealt with me awfully as a customer.

Purchase the material directly from LIBF. Simply Academy just copy and paste their dated material, and format it differently for a higher price. The LIBF CRT (CeMAP Revision Tool) is infinitely more useful. I purchased CEMAP 1 E-Learning from Simply Academy and ended up switching to LIBF. I have passed CEMAP 2 and 3 from LIBF's online material with ease, and it cost hundreds less than it would have with Simply Academy. Lastly, the reviews which Simply Academy have on a website called 'coursecheck' when you search them into Google are fake.

Purchased their CeMap 1 E-Learning course for £414. It's of zero value. Purchase the course materials directly from LIBF instead. It's the same material for a fraction of the price. I promptly asked for a refund and was refused.

Do not book your learning here as they have the wrong advice for my CEMAP courses with a really terrible training environment . I had a lot of interference with hearing and seeing notes in the classroom . They also booked me on to an Advisory Skills course when I said I could not attend and are refusing a refund . When I brought these issues up with Simply they have not addressed any issues or supported . I would strongly advise not to book your learning here x

Had enrolled for CeMap 1 . Went well . Enrolled Cemap 2 and 3. Before enrolling checked the course mentor , but the mentor change was there. The person delivered well. Videos were sent late and to top it , they say it will be deleted in 30 days. Asked for some extension ..no reply ..I tried giving them alternative ...it was ignored . We have paid £570 , to have such a lousy experience. When we send a mail , it's either they reply after ur phone call or just a sorry mail with no solution at all . Felt £570 went down the drain with poor customer service .I wish better system is in place or treat all CeMap enrolled students alike . Else basics , keep us informed on the changes...nothing at all for £570 . Check and enroll please

This is a Academy that has got away with the bare minimum. There distance learning DOES NOT WORK ! They promise the earth and fail to deliver . 4/5 working days to reply to any queries. And they keep to that MAXIMUM. So don’t waste your money . If you complain they pretend to investigate ( and funny enough never upheld ) No surprises there. They regularly fail to deliver paperwork on time . Webinar videos are ALWAYS LATE ! My last course they promised ample supply of course sample questions . THEY WERE ALL WRONG .. They even admitted it but would they give a refund . NO … Why ? Because they felt they gave value for money . Their words . They’re lazy take your money and give just about enough to keep half the people content . The only upside is that ..There are people on the courses that more knowledgeable than the instructors.. ( and networking can help ) They have one instructor ( Male ) who really cares but his hands are tied due the Simply Academy’s poor Administration. Don’t waste your money people . Enrol in a Face to Face school that actually listen to their students!!! That I believe is a fair assessment
