Wish I’d looked at the reviews before buying, been scammed, ordered middle of January for a wedding, wedding been and gone, tracked the parcel several times, it hasn’t even left, lots of emails with the same automated message, company claims to be in Melbourne Australia but after investigating the company is in Pakistan, avoid at all costs! Scam!

I’m not repeating the same story everyone wrote, but they got me I’ll tell you that, they have til march 6 to return the money but i hope whoever is responding to me and whoever makes their content and works with them all choke on air. I found the ad on snap so I’m going to write to them as well and see if they can take it down to prevent further bs like this

My best friend recently ordered us clothes and the tracking number doesn't work and she never received the items they said they'd try to deliver again and FedEx lost the package, but they never came in the first place, this is a -5 star review I just want it to be in the top so I marked it 5 stars, don't walk RUN, it's a SCAM.

Its took over a month and a half to say they order was shipped but was never sent out I tracked my order daily was at home doing the time it said it was delivered after only way to contact someone was email they do email back fast with a promise to resend order after paid extra to get two day shipment now got a email saying they will refund money but I'm it's coming from different places cause clothes where sent from different location it's fake a scam

I ordered two separate packages last year December before Christmas so they can come on Christmas and they didn’t I was told my package was deliver and it wasn’t I have a camera infront my door so I can playback my videos to see who came and went by and nobody delivers nothing you guys told me that I will receive them within 3-7 days and nothing you guys just keep sending me the same respond so I would like to speak wit a supervisor cause this is ridiculous it’s a month and a half and tesidng these other reviews makes sense some people didn’t receive there packages and there saying the same thing about ordering them Christmas and not receiving it’s. Anew year smh

I really think it's a scam ordered before xmas said delivered way after xmas which I never received. Then I was told they would reissue the package here we are end of January and they advised me it has again been delivered. I have cameras so I know for a fact it's not been sent to my place and both times verified the address ain't no way! The carrier missed me 2xs! Just received an email I will be reimbursed 70% and will take 15-25 businesses days....I placed my order 12/6/2024. I really hope this helps future purchasers in saving time and money.

I ordered their 3 piece travel set. The pants are SOOO long. But my main complaint is that the clothes smell terrible. I have washed this set 3 times, trying all different systems to no avail. At this point they only will exchange, why would I want an exchange just to be faced with the same issue. $97 down the drain!

My package says the same thing and i nevea got the package but says its delievered and i have inquired for my pants to be size 10xxl in leg length..where is my package and how can i contact yall.what is the carrier

This appears to be a scamming website. I regret not being aware of this prior to placing an order on their platform. I submitted my order on 12-11-2024 and have yet to receive any updates regarding my package until this point. As of 2:00 this morning, I received an email at 1:41 stating that my package had been delivered and advising me to contact the shipping carrier or seller if I did not receive the package. However, my package was not delivered

Placed an order around christmas still haven't gotten my package/order... and no tracking updates since leaving airport

Just tried to purchase 17 items only to not be able to checkout I used two different Visa cards both declined. I use my credit card also declined. Unable to speak to any customer service because they don’t have fast responding customer service or a phone number you can reach them at! To purchase my items and I never got anybody to contact me back. It’s been over 24 hours.

The size for 15 to 16 years is according to the age age of 12 years old. I am depressed 😔
