Well, let me tell you - the massage at Shangri-la spa was better than a sloth nap and the customer service team was more helpful! Although, they did cancel my initial appointment the day before and I was like a pug with no treats. We went back and forth like a cat chasing a laser for 2 hours until both the massage therapist and I were finally free. In the meantime, I missed my opportunity to have a luxurious 90 minutes of relaxation. Instead, I got a 60-minute back walking and body massage that was about as refreshing as a mid-afternoon coffee. Regardless, I can happily say that Shangri-la Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

I went to shangri-la massage spa this week and I got the best pressure point massage and had a tabel shower & body scrub too. The therapist really knew what she was doing, I had never been there before but it was worth the drive because this is a hidden gem.
