Unprofessional and feels scammy
It feels like customer service is operated by scammers. Also the website/app like any professional and good seevice provider should 1) notify you or ask for permission to save card details 2) make it easy on people to delete their card information when they want to stop. But all of that didnt matter in comparison to the unprofessional customer service i experienced. 1) had a customer service person insist that i send him my first 6 and last 4 card number. Thats most of my card numbers…. The card number has XXXX throughout on shahid, except for the last 4. The website AND the whatsapp message says to only prepare the last 4. Why was he so pushy for first 6 and last 4? I did not accept. Talked to another customer service person right after, he only asked for last 4 digits. Train your teams, and make things consistent. Make sure there are no scammers? And maybe see other service providers because they never ever ever ask for all this info, or make it that difficult to remove your card details or delete your account. It’s a shame this platform has so much potential if it wasnt for all of that. I lost my trust and was extremely disappointed.
