I wasn't sure about ordering from this company, but the delivery was fast and the product was as good as described. I did need to change the size and get the return processed as quickly as possible to receive the correct size. The on-line helper, Lydia, was friendly, patient and got the job done quickly. I really appreciate a company that provides online immediate assistance and done in a customer friendly way.
I had 500 points to redeem for free shipping for an order but didn’t see the option on the drop down when I placed the order. I did send a note to customer service about the problem and they promptly replied indicating they would refund the shipping cost to me. Aubri was very helpful and I do appreciate it!

Aubri is one of the nicest customer service agents I have worked with in a while. As a customer service supervisor for an airline company I can tell you this character is very hard to find these days. Hold onto her as she represents your company in a very positive and professional manner. Aubri thank you for taking such good care of me!
I received the quickest and warmest customer service from Aubri. Sometimes in the mail order world the customer needs to connect with a person "live" - even on chat. It makes all the difference in the world.
I love my Bridget Brianna essential sets and cardigans from SexyModest Boutique. I now own five sets plus several cardigans, and always receive compliments when I wear them. The colors (especially the fuchsia, lilac, and magenta) are stunning, and the fabric resists wrinkles—perfect for travel. I’m 5’7” and 165 lbs; the XL pants fit like a glove (best for slimmer hips), while the tank and cardigan are a perfect, flattering fit. The pieces are versatile, mix well with other outfits, and can easily transition from plane to evening wear with just a belt or jewelry. Customer service has also been excellent—when I received one set with stitching I didn’t love, they exchanged it right away. Highly recommend this boutique! I also love that SexyModest is a women-owned business, and I’m proud to support them.

Pros: good customer service, cropped pants are a great length for a short legged person, love the pockets Cons: took a long time (almost a month) to arrive, fabric used on t-shirt is VERY thin as is the fabric used on the duster, the pockets are baggy, good length
