Sellier & Bellot Ammo Reviews

Reliable ammo that performs well at the range. Clean burning and accurate.

I use their .40 S&W loads for USPSA matches and they've been fantastic. Consistent velocities and very clean powder. The packaging is also well done - never received damaged rounds.

When Federal and Winchester prices went through the roof, I switched to S&B and haven't looked back. Quality is comparable at a better price point. The only minor complaint is the packaging isn't as robust as some competitors.

Been shooting S&B in multiple calibers for training and it performs well across the board. Accuracy is good enough for practical shooting and it's gentle on my firearms. Delivery was quick too.

Not only does this ammo shoot well, but the brass quality is outstanding for reloading. Consistent wall thickness and the primer pockets are perfectly sized. I've reloaded some cases 8+ times with no issues. Highly recommend for anyone who reloads their own ammunition.

S&B ammo does the job for target shooting and training. The brass is decent quality for reloading, though I've noticed some inconsistency in case length. For the price, it's acceptable but don't expect match-grade performance. Works fine in all my firearms without issues.

Usually happy with S&B quality, but my last order of .45 ACP had several rounds with loose bullets. Had to pull them before shooting for safety reasons. Hoping this was just a bad batch and not indicative of declining quality control.

Does exactly what you'd expect from range ammo. No complaints about function or accuracy.

Perfect for high-volume training sessions. Burns clean and cycles reliably in my striker-fired pistols.

The ammo functions fine but I've noticed more powder residue compared to other brands. Also had a few cases with slightly flattened primers, though nothing dangerous. It's okay for casual shooting but I'd probably choose something else for important matches.

Been using S&B ammo for my 9mm and .45 ACP for over a year now. Quality is consistently good and the price point is reasonable compared to other European manufacturers. Never had any misfires or feeding issues.

Their pistol ammo is solid, but I had some issues with their .308 rounds. A few cases had minor dents and one batch seemed to have inconsistent powder charges based on chronograph readings. Customer service was responsive when I reached out though.
