I bought two tickets and they didn't send them to me. It takes a long time to get a refund and there is no deadline. I am very disappointed with SeatsNet. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this ticket resale website.
Further to my recent review. I would like all future concert goers to note. This company also charged me a massive £130 handling fee. This is over 5 times what other ticket sellers charge !! Be vigilant , do not book through seatsnet.com

scammers. i am 17 years old and never thought i would want to write a review so young, but i was in paris for the rwc final with my dad and my little brother. Having been so excited to see our team the springboks play a once in a lifetime game tickets we had payed nearly 2k for were never received. We had payed already for accommodation and travel to get to paris, having been told “100% garuntee that we will recieve our tickets 3 hrs before the match” we were waiting outside the stadium for hours with nothing. A total let down and sickening to think how people can scam like this. Absolutely dreadful. i hope this site gets closed down so others do not have to experience this.
Absolutely 100% fraud. Tickets for Coldplay was never received. Cost me travel and hotel expenses as well. Was in contact with them more times than I can count. Absolute scam
Bought tickets for Bruce Springsteen concert. They never supplied the tickets. Tried to contact them through phone and email. No response. I'm now pursuing my claim through barclaycard. Don't buy from them!!! Complete Fraud!!!
I purchased 2 tickets for me and my son to go watch Man Utd play paid nearly £300 for them and when I got to the stadium the tickets was invalid and sold fraudulently as I was told by the ticket office at old Trafford stadium I have sent numerous emails to seats.net and they have ignored them all but still taken the money from me I would advise nobody to buy from this site as they are frauds
