Avoid at all cost,complete Cowboy, Ordered pre programmed TV box, when it arrived didn't work, agreed with seller to send back for refund,took almost 4 weeks after he received item back before I received partial refund, seller deducted postage, which I had no problems with but he then deducted cost for packaging, cost for restocking, vat etc, item was originally 80euro, I received half as refund. Seller was totally unhelpful and not a nice person. AVOID

Well I forgot to leave in money in bank for sky tv. As I was at a funeral same time and forgot. And they post me the sky statement around 18th of August. I forgot to said my payments are usually due at 19th So I got email saying payment is due.So I sent them a email saying go to bank kind when am ready. So a person rang me I don't know what for.So I got my bill this month they add on late fee charges. That the kind of company they are. When my contract is up it good buy for good sly company.

Borc Satellite Receiver; Audio echo on some channels, box sometimes froze, Shows Astra 19.2 on the wrong setting. Not the best of pictures. Finally, after 6 months, the box no longer powers up.

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this crowd of complete chancers at all costs. I ordered a pole mount from them and was charged straight away for it. Was told delivery would be 2 to 4 days. Waited 3 weeks and no sign. Sent 3 emails all of which were ignored. Finally got customer service on WhatsApp only to be told they couldn't source my item (Yet they still charged me for it). I eventually got a refund but I've been seriously inconvenienced. Will never, ever deal with them again.

Ordered a satellite bracket on January 29th 2024. 2-4 days lead time. Fair enough. Still hadn’t been delivered by February 6th. Was told it had been shipped that day. Still hadn’t arrived by February 12th. Was THEN told they didn’t have any stock due to a problem with suppliers. And that it will be shipped out “as soon as it lands”. Wouldn’t deal again.

Stay away from this website running with one man. Order batteries charger from him. When the charger arrived I start to testing it. Insert two batteries without even connect to the main power and charger start to smoke. After a while I try to charge some of my batteries and during the process one of my batteries became very hot you can't even hold it in your hand, very dangerous. Request my refund and send the item back, the refund was only 60% of what I pay. No respond on my future emails. Complete scammer.

I placed my order online last Monday and my order was delivered on Tuesday morning, well packaged. The item I ordered was a Bluetooth Earpiece and it works really well.

If I could rate 0 I would. Stay away from this company. Just saw another lady had similar experience to me. Faulty box and so far no refund. Excused me from the start that I had done something to it. Sent box back a week ago and emailed today and no reply so far. Avoid getting anything from this company.

Ordered from this company only to receive a product that didn't work. Customer service was terrible as I had to follow up a number of times to get a refund. Would not recommend this company at all.
