Placed a spares order, received an acknowledgement and my credit card has been debited. After 10 days nothing has happened. Samsung passed the order to 4ourhouse.co.uk. They cannot be contacted. Samsung customer services do not appear to know that their orders are fulfilled by a third party and simply say we cannot trace that order number. In addition the spares cannot be ordered from anywhere else. I have no idea what to do now.
Ordered a Samsung oven shelf on Wednesday, arrived on Friday. Product as described and delivered quickly so would order again.
Tried to order a replacement door/bottle holder. Had model number and part reference but website just didn't have it. Requested an online response and after receiving an automated e-mail nothing. Spent 58 minutes on the phone (and after being requested to create an account, now awaiting the deluge of SPAM mail) and speaking to two representatives with a lot of being on hold was advised that I would receive a text message to advise on part that day. Three days later not a word. Really poor customer service.
STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. Their spares company is one of the most useless companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't believe their timelines for getting stock, it's a lie. Don't bother chatting to support on chat. All they care about is closing the chat as soon as possible. (Twice in a row) I now have to wait 5 weeks, if I'm lucky, for a seal for my tumble drier.

Made a purchase of a Samsung washing machine door handle and door handle cover. Placed the online order on a Thursday, order received on the following Monday, as advised. Perfect fit, so delighted overall, with additional delight on the fact that we've managed to fix this ourselves, without the need to call in an external engineer / handyman, who would probably have no doubt charged at the least £75 plus for the service. All in all, for just £14, including delivery, major problem solved and very pleased with the service delivery.
Had to call twice. First person wanted all my personal details but I did not want to give any as I knew what I needed. Second person I spoke to was brilliant and understanding. She managed to check the part I needed withe model and confirm whether it was right. I needed a fridge door handle support as mine snapped. I ordered it in the Samsungspares.co.uk on 22nd Oct and received it 28th Oct. Fits perfect and fridge now has it door handle back on. Only negative would be that postage is quite a lot considering the item is very small. Thank you to the second lady who answered the call. You are a credit to the company.
Have tried to contact them via the web form twice with no response in a week. I need one screw to reassemble a fridge after a move. Waste of time trying to deal with this organisation. UPDATE: I finally had a reply. I am looking for one screw for a Samsung fridge freezer. I supplied the model and serial number. THEY CANNOT SOURCE THE PART. Absolutely useless!!!
I placed an order 10 days ago, and have never received dispatch confirmation. No tracking and no one responds to my emails.very quick in taking the money but disappeared after that.Very disappointed. Scammers
Ordered shelf for fridge: Delivered by tracked delivery. Absolutely OEM part at sensible price. Very good service.
No problem on website , price was near Espares and arrived by Royal mail on the next working day but they are part of the screwfix brand so wouldn't expect any now have ice back so extremely happy
I have the same problem as the previous recent reviews. Claimed a refund through bank. This company has 3 names: 4ourhouse. samsungspares and 4mysamsung. These are scammers. Email complaints come back saying postmaster cannot find server. You will not be able to find a phone number to ring. I bought the same product on Amazon for £50 cheaper and had next day delivery. Do not order off these scammers. They will take your money and never send you the product!
Placed order on 15th January still not received anything. Emailed them and just told I will get an email when it is despatched. No phone number to contact them on. Avoid at all costs
Quick to take your money. Website not kept up to date regarding stock levels. Ignores requests for refund and cancellation of order and plows on ahead regardless. Had to dispute transaction with bank in order to get a refund. No phone number all comma one way and by email. They are lucky the bank refunded me I can assure you they wouldn’t have liked it if I turned up at their warehouse in Birmingham Avoid avoid avoid shoddy business practices.
Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered an expensive part - £96 and was persuaded into paying an over the top price for the compatible water filter. Filer arrived - no sign of the other part. No phone number or chat facility. Very good website though!!
Avoid I ordered - seemed to process in site, no confirmation email, no communications at all. No bill o their company name. 4 days later on “next day” delivery items arrived billed via “4ourhouse.co.uk” who then list it as being 4musamsung.co.uk No info on returns. I ended up ordering from eSpares instead who are excellent with great comms, clear info ,actual next day deliveries and clear returns process. These guys are a network of shell companies who may or may not rob you or might send a part eventually. Hoping I don’t get another order - but seems PayPal didn’t process. My card was also blocked after using them so seems banks are wise to them being iffy. Avoid
When my expensive washer started to make a wheel bearing noise I knew it had to come apart before it imploded or exploded. Their website was easy to use and I was able to secure the water/oil seal I needed very quickly as there was even an option for 24 hr shipping. They didn't have both of the bearings I needed in stock but that was ok as we have a local bearing shop with good stock. Very happy with my purchase as it arrived correct and the next day.
Incorrect part delivered. Ordered a fan part, they delivered a water filter with a sticker on it saying it’s the fan part. Asked for my correct part to be sent and got told it’s not in stock so I should send the item back to them for a refund. I refused and they are now arranging collection at their cost. Let’s see how that goes.
If you're buying a washing machine door seal, don't! The accompanying video cleverly misses out the part where you have to attach the retention wire. This is because it's almost impossible! You need to completely dismantle the washing machine to do this. Once you've done that you'll find that the door doesn't close. I thought it was my mistake so I got an engineer in who told me that the part didn't fit. Reported this to Samsungspares and they just said that it was the right part for the machine. Goodbye £75 and £50 for engineer and hello new washing machine £500
Service has been hit and miss, but something to keep in mind when you shop around is that you can't. Samsungspares, espares, partsdirect, partsmart and about 10 other "companies" all trading as different suppliers from the same office. Good for them for cleverly cornering the market but don't be fooled into thinking you're shopping around. They also cover the majority of the ebay market and sell both genuine and Chinese knockoff parts as different sellers. Just be aware. Parts I've gotten have been alright but specify genuine and check what you get.
REFUSED to give me my order! I purchased my item on the 7th of July 2021 and paid the 8.99 delivery fee for the item to come quick! I was sent an email weeks later stating the items were not in stock and then I got another email a few weeks later stating that I did not pay for my purchased item when clearly I had the confirmation email! This website is a COMPLETE and utter scam! BEWARE don't be fooled into using their fake and fraudulent website! VERY unhappy with the way I was spoken to by the customer support team should be ashamed of yourselves!
