Don't buy from this company! I ordered a Samsung phone battery and never received it. I wrote them an email, and they promised to send the order on time, but two weeks later, the order was not sent. Avoid this SCAM website!

These dealers are not recommended

Disappointing. I placed an order with Hanaro on January 10, 2025 and paid with paypal. Hours later I receive an order confirmation from Samsung-parts.net. Delivery time 3-5 days. On January 16, 2025, I asked Hanaro by email whether the goods were on the way. Didn't get an answer. On January 22, 2025 I asked Samsung-parts.net by email what was happening with the goods I ordered. Didn't get an answer. On January 27, 2025 I complained to Paypal and received my refund. On January 28, 2025 I will receive another order confirmation from samsung-parts.net with a new order number. These dealers are not recommended. It's better to order goods somewhere else. Goods still not received.

They take payment and make you wait

Do not use unless you want to wait weeks on end for a simple remote. They have no problem taking your money immediately. Awful .

Jeg købte et tv fra Samsung.

Jeg købte et tv fra Samsung. Tv går i stykker MENS der er garanti på. De skifter den defekte del (dvs at der er garanti på den nye del). Tv går I stykker 10 måneder efter med nøjagtig samme fejl. Selve tv er ude for garanti, men udskiftet del er ikke. De vælger at skifte delen. Da jeg får mit tv tilbage er der en stor hvid lysplet i bunden af skærmen. I 2 måneder, frem og tilbage, skulle jeg ringe til Samsung, så til stedet der repererer tv’et. Jeg sender billeder og dokumentation på at mit tv er i stykker. På mail har jeg bevis på at de giver mig ret. Start septemper vælger Samsung supports salgschef at sige at deres teknikere ikke kan se et problem og at jeg er velkommen til at gå videre med sagen. Til min store overraskelse finder jeg så ud af Samsung i mellemtiden har skiftet værksted ud og det gamle værksted kan ik hjælpe mig mere. Den værste service jeg nogensinde har fået. Det gamle værksted siger at jeg har nogen rettigheder men at de ik må oplyse mig om dem.

Quick and half the prices of elsewhere.

I have samsung everything and lost my earbuds Pro charging case. Fonefix who samsung recommended offered to send it to me for 10 euro less than a whole new set of buds. These guys did it for half the price and delivery to Ireland in 8 days. Fyi prices are a little misleading as you have to add tax and shipping at the very end. Luckily I knew this was coming or it would have annoyed me

For 3 uger siden fik vi en Samsung Jet Bot robotstøvsuger til en værdi af 4000 kr som led i en kampagne for et dyrt Samsung TV, som vi har købt. Hvad Samsung ikke fortalte var, at man også skal købe en Samsung telefon, fordi Samsungs SmartThings app ikke fungerer med iPhone, og en løsning er udskudt på ubestemt tid. Skuffelsen og vreden over denne overraskende udmelding er stor, og jeg kan kun håbe at denne klage forhindrer andre i samme situation i at købe en Samsung robot støvsuger.

dårlig kundeservice

jeg kontaktede Samsung Kundeservice for at få hjælp til at finde en fjernbetjening til en soundbar HW-NW710 jeg havde købt i en outlet butik De startede med at fortælle mig at den havde de ikke på deres hjemmeside, og om jeg var sikker på den blev leveret med en, og det kunne jeg bekræfte da det står i de salgsannoncer jeg har set, at den leveres med fjernbetjening. Jeg synes det er ringe at så stort en firma ikke ved hvad de handler med og især at man ikke kan få en fjernbetjening i tilkøb, den der fulgte med kunne jo gå i stykker. De henviste mig til sidst til Elgiganten eller Power men hvorfor skulle de ligge inde med en fjernbetjening Samsung påstår ikke findes.....

Samsung washing machine Machine WW90J5456FX

We purchased a Samsung washing machine which we registered for an extended 5 year warranty, unfortunately 1 year on our door seal was damaged mid cycle which Samsung refused to cover under the warranty, personally after speaking to the engineer who came out to look at the damage, he agreed the Samsung are being unjust and should cover the cost of this faulty part due to the fact that it can no way be down to the customer negligence if it happening mid wash cycle. Poor customer services on there part, in my opinion it is a design fault on these expensive machines, they would never admit it, corporate greed as usual form a top electronics company.

Samsung er så langt ude at,de 50 gange på 3 dage har bedt mig om at,logge på min konto og bedt om mit mobilnummer med mere selv om jeg har annulleret deres forsøg gang på gang nu 56 gange !! De skal IKKE finde min mobil for mig da jeg har min helt egen sikkerhedspakke så hvis det sker mere går jeg til forbrugerombudsmanden for jeg går IKKE ind for tvang men det gør Samsung åbenbart så det er sidste gang jeg køber noget som helst der bære navnet SAMSUNG !!

Fick en A10 när jag tecknade abonnemang. Funktioner som övriga modeller, förutom att den är stor och klumpig, snorhal, glider ur handen. Tunn, varför den bryts av och glaset spricker. Bytt glas två ggr. Frågat efter fodral, finns inga. DEN bör alltså ha ett greppvänligt utförande (halkfri). Starkare glas eller skydd. Starkare hölje mm. Köp en greppvänligare med starkare hus. CaLi

Cash back? Een lijdensweg om die te bekomen!

Ik weet niet of deze review hier op de juiste plaats staat, maar ik wil graag mensen waarschuwen voor de bedrieglijke reclame. Een cash back pas gekregen na 11 e-mails, dubbel zoveel telefoontjes en eindelijk na 8 maanden i.p.v. de beloofde 6 weken! Ze verwachtten waarschijnlijk dat we het wel zouden opgeven, maar €400 laat je zo maar niet liggen! We zijn wel tevreden met het aangekochte televisietoestel!

Fridge freezer purchased in march with a faulty - still waiting new door. Communication is very poor you end up in phillippines and they do not know what is going on After this review Samsung got in touch and new fridge freezer delivered. They apologised for the mix up.

Da utilizzatore di vari samsung, dopo l esperienza avuta con la Tv che appesa a muro ancora con la pellicol, all improviso si rompe il pannello, ti rechi al centro assistenza samsung e ti chiedono dai 200 - 250 per la sostituzione dello stesso o di fare permuta con una Tv di un altra azienda... quando sulle chat della Samsung per la stessa serie di Tv si trovano svariate lamentele con la stessa problematica.

Pessima spedizione

Nel sito vantano spedizioni veloci. Per la consegna di una batteria al corriere ci sono voluti 8 giorni, poi hanno spedito il materiale ad un indirizzo sbagliato. Trascorsi 10 giorni il materiale si trova in Belgio e non si sa ancora quando arriverà a destinazione. Ho la tentazione di annullare il contratto e richiedere il rimborso
