Not sure how this company got 4.4 stars. My order been completely ignored. Send texts, emails, calls nothing replied!!!! Will have to go to my bank to do a dispute. Never have experience like this... VERY BAD

I placed the order on 9 August, a Tuesday, and shipping was due the next working day, I.e., Wednesday 10th. I paid £6.99 for shipping. I have heard nothing from the seller, about dispatch or delivery date. This is very, very poor customer service indeed.

1. Did not receive confirmation of my order despite repeated requests. 2. Chat service just does not work. I keep asking questions and there is no response. I got one single answer after many hours 3. No info on when order will definitely ship or when the item is to be shipped, when did it ship, no idea at all about anything. 4. Basically very poor communication. I still don't not know where my order is.

Hazelnut was not fresh and walnuts are from USA. I was expecting walnuts are coming from Turkey. However, pistachios are really delicious.
