Enjoyable and professional

I enjoyed that it was only 2 people in the room. The instructor was patient and helpful. I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone that need to take CPR.

I had my chance to learn online at my convenience, and many locations and available times to do the skills test. Which l learned even more by having the chance to practice as much l can. I would love to be able to do this practice skill test from home please, so we have more time to learn and practice more. Since l graduated from college 2012 as RDH ,my BLS license was from you . Convenient and quick

I’m not a fan of online courses, but it was quick and skills are still practiced. I like how available classes are because most of the time in person instructor classes get booked up in advance. Great last minute option!

Need to clarify online courses

Need to clarify online courses. Had to reschedule part two of training because unclear instructions regarding “optional” portions. Also would be helpful if you specify in person training is done in a cramped small, hot room with no amenities (no bathroom or access to water) and hard to understand instructor you never see their face.

Excellent!

Although there were no instructor present, everything was very straight forward. I found the demo videos to also be of great help. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing certification as they also have many locations!!

The BLS skills training was excellent!

The BLS skills training was fully automated and very useful because it provided continuous feedback which allowed me to better understand the depth and rate parameters needed as well as the tidal volume for infants. Five stars!

Beyond a few glitches the basic concept…

Beyond a few glitches the basic concept was good. Online course is not associated with Safety Training Seminars website, you need to remember to go to another website, RQI to login, took me a few mins to find that info, a link would have helped. Remember your password, you need it to sign in onsite. Pediatric manakin not great, had to pound on the chest way beyond expected to pass, but once you know what the computer wants, it's easy to provide it. Pediatric breathing was the opposite, blew out the poor kids lungs before I started paying attention to the computer screen for feedback to pass. You get 60 mins and even with watching all the tutorials and retaking several exams was still out of there in 30 mins. Will be back in 2 years.
