Miserable course they demand is done…

Miserable course they demand is done otherwise nobody would waste the money on this poorly made piece of junk course that teaches and trains in bad driving habits that makes you a hazard on the road if you don't wash away all the enforced nonsense in that thing. It's taken me forever to unscramble their sentences and trick test questions. There's nothing positive I could say about this course. I hope someone cleans out the nonsense they created and forced onto people.

Got locked out for no reason

THIS IS A FRAUD. I was 2 hours into the course. I was in the middle of a section, not doing the certification questions. The screen suddenly went blank. When I got back into the course, I got a message that I was locked out. I called customer service, but she said there was nothing they could do. She insisted that the only way to get locked out was to fail the certification. THIS IS A LIE! I was not even doing the certification at the time. She said I would get a refund and would have to restart the course.

This course was horrible

This course was horrible. There were many issues with logging in. It's painfully long and if you get locked out you have to start all over again and pay again. CHOOSE ANOTHER COURSE TO TAKE! It's not worth the frustration.

Don't take for court!

They market this as eligible for court appointed driver safety and it isn't. Don't take this course if that is what you need!!

i put in all the right question still got locked out, they said they will refunded me but i was on lesson 6 not cool never will do this ever again with this company the words are way to small

Awful

Awful. Very confusing and frustrating process. I answered one of the security questions wrong and they told me I had to start all over again. I was 3 hours into the course. Got my money back will will never look back.

My experience with the course system…

My experience with the course system was overall VERY frustrating. It kept rejecting my password and making me use a temporary one to log back in. Then every time I completed a module I was unable to access the next module. This required support from your online assistance. I had varying success from various people, but today I connected on the chat with Jasmine. She was Excellent! Courteous, helpful, and most importantly, she knew what she was doing and solved my problem with speed and accuracy so that I was finally able to complete the course.

The program is terrible

The program is terrible - it does not properly save user name and email, and also does not save the progress correctly. Customer service is not helpful. Both my husband and myself signed up for this course and experienced the same problems!

Login process is flawed, worst customer service

Course locked me out when I attempted to log in to continue. Calls and live chat with customer service went unanswered. My email was answered 2 hours later with this response: “Unfortunately, New York does not allow a course that did not pass the verification process to be unlocked. Once it is locked or disabled, we cannot unlock it for you to proceed.” Three days later I’m still waiting for the refund.

Waste of Time! Stay way!

Absolutely, terrible establishment. I was near completion of the course and the site crashed and subsequently locked my account. They did nothing to help unlock it. They rather just tell you to repurchase and start from the beginning. They kept on telling me the general response that I failed the verification, but the site itself crashed on a slide, not the verification screen. I would stay far away. Don't give them any of your money. There are plenty of other courses out there.

I mistakenly answered one verification…

I mistakenly answered one verification question incorrectly. Throughout the entire 5 hours of attempting the course, I encountered no other errors until I was unexpectedly locked out. I reached out to customer support, endured a 10-minute hold, left two voicemails, but received no callback. In my email, I detailed the situation and received a response hours later stating, "Your account is locked due to failing a portion of the verification checkpoint multiple times." They couldn't inform me how many times I even failed a question upon asking. Giving me a sense of either incompetency upon their CS staff or they know something is wrong and do not care to fix it. Despite explaining that it was only a single instance, they showed no concern and declared a permanent lockout. This website has flawed code, failing to accurately record the number of times someone fails a verification test. I wasted 5 hours completing the course and an additional 3 hours seeking customer support assistance. I strongly advise against using this platform for your insurance reduction needs.

Took my money and did not deliver the…

Took my money and did not deliver the course. Beware arbitrary 30 day limit to complete 6 hours if you happen to have a busy life. They collect huge amount of extremely personal information, shoe size, etc and then lock you out. It seems to be a scam to sell your information to marketers.

Ripped off

I completed 40% of the lessons. Extended to complete because of a failed verification answer which, locked out the account. I called them no answer. Emailed and was told to repay in a reply back. This company is horrible .

Waste of time!

The registration process is painful and time consuming. Completed the first 2.5 hours of the course only to have to freeze up and the “next” button would not appear. Had to contact customer support and they took 3 hours to respond telling me to use a different browser. So then had to start the whole session all over again only to “fail” the verification in my 4th hour. Failing the verification locks you out of the account and you are unable to continue and have to re-register and start all over again. The verification asked me what day of the month I was born which I’m sure I was correct in my answer lol but it told me I was incorrect 3 times. DO NOT use this site unless you want to waste your time!

Horrible Customer Service!

I got through 4 hours of the course without any issues except the stress every thirty minutes reminding you to verify identity or be locked out for good. I answered everything successfully the it asked me my gender which I answered. It told me incorrect which was system error. Instead of assist, representative was condescending and told me here's your refund without any recourse. This is a poor service and should not be taken by anyone. Be aware you will waste your time and have nothing to show except poor customer service. They have no remorse in wasting people time. They offered no resolution except saying you can take course over! Are you kidding!?!?!

"SafetyServe.com" is NOT RECOMMENDED. PAID for "NSC Defensive Driving Course", Logged into "SafetyServe.com" Portal and Course Never Loaded. I can see my Customer Profile, Just Kept Spinning and Blinking with Three Dots *** trying to Connect Customer to Course. For several days I exchanged emails with "SafetyServe.com" Customer Support who could not provide solution for Course Not Loading When Customer Logged. (1) I updated my Internet Browser, (2) I Cleared Browser History, (3) Reboot my Desktop several times. I read the "System Requirements" for this "SafetyServe.com" courses. It is very frustrating! you think Third-Party Vendors like "SafetyServe.com would QUALITY-CHECK Customer (end user Access) to make sure Customers have a GOOD Experience using thier Online Products and Service. I know I would. "SafetyServe.com" it a Thumbs-Down for me. My Experience was Not Good.
