Have a claim from May 2025 and have yet to settle. It is now March 2026. They denied, delayed, discount you all in hopes you will just go away. Horrible company, the adjuster never pick up your calls or returns them. Counting on you not to take them to court. Buy coverage you are a fool, you have been warn.

WORST AUTO INSURANCE -NATIONAL GENERAL INS

If I can, I will not give this insurance one star. I do not recommend this auto insurance to anyone. I got into an accident & instead of helping through the situation, they found any reason to not be responsible. The reason they declined my claim was not list everyone in my household and did not give them the correct information on my marital status. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE, even if they said they are part of Allstate Insurance.

My husband car Insurance

Please customer, do not insure your car with this company; it is the worst insurance company in America. My husband made the wrong decision and insured his car with them in July. When he did, they charged him $400 for six months. No problem there. Then, a couple of weeks after, they asked him for proof that he was not at fault for the accident that happened. He sent them the details of the police report that stated he was not at fault. They were not satisfied with the police report. They wanted my husband to get more paperwork from the insurance company about what percentage of fault he had, when there was none on his part. The police had stated that the other person involved in the accident was at fault, not my husband. But it's because they want more money out of my husband that's why they are asking for something that the police already clarified. And when my husband wanted to cancel his policy, they charged him a cancellation fee. That is unacceptable. So customers, DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY ARE UNFAIR AND DISHONEST. PLEASE PEOPLE, DON'T, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Please be aware of them, if I could give zero stars this company would get a lot of zeroes from me.

Le debo dar una estrella para que me deje hacer el comentario, porque no merece ninguna estrella, sus agentes proceden de forma nefasta ojo que para venderte el seguro todo genial. Me vendieron un seguro dónde estamos de auto donde estamos vínculados mi hermano y yo, Pusieron a mi hermano como el principal, cuando estaba firmando el documento y Vi esto se lo comenté a la agente y me reitero una y una otra vez que fue porque puso el nombre de mi hermano primero pero que no hay ningún problema porque yo también aparecía en el documento ahora que quiero dar de baja uno de los carros que tengo con esta NEFASTA aseguradora me dice que no puedo gestionar nada porque mi hermano es el principal del contrato osea empezamos con mentiras, llamo para reportar está incidencia porque se supone que hacen grabaciones y se supone que tiene. Grabado está negligencia por parte de la agente porque yo me di cuenta pero entiendo que por no cambiar e iniciar el proceso prefiero engañar, por otro lado la he llamado hoy 2/07/2025 para hacer modificaciones del contrato y me cuelgan luego llamo para quejarme y me siguen colgando 👏👏👏Dejo este comentario para que por nada del mundo se les ocurra contratar está compañía para su seguro de auto o de lo que sea que venden, para venderte súper amables pero para gestionar inconvenientes cuando ya tienes contratos con la compañía ni te te atiende y si lo hacen te cuelgan, pues así me han tratado. NO RECOMENDADA por nada del mundo📢📢📢📢

Extremely slow at getting claims…

Extremely slow at getting claims approved. Going on 2 months with no answers other than “be patient” if you can use another company, it will save you lots of hassle if you need to make a claim
