Rock Island Armory Reviews

Needed specialized modifications and they handled it perfectly. Their expertise really shows in the finished product. The consultation process was thorough and they offered great suggestions to improve the original design.

Clean facility, organized workflow, and skilled technicians. They handle each project with care and precision. Delivery was exactly when promised.

The work quality is decent but had some issues with scheduling conflicts that pushed back my timeline. Staff was apologetic and made it right, but caused some inconvenience on my end.

Been dealing with Rock Island Armory for over two years now and they consistently deliver quality work. Their attention to detail is impressive and turnaround times are reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions about their products and services.

While the final product was acceptable, it took nearly twice as long as quoted to complete. For the price point, I expected better project management and communication throughout the process.

The technical work they do is top-notch, but communication during the process could be better. Had to call a few times to get updates on my order status. Once completed though, very satisfied with the final result.

Quality is definitely there but costs more than some competitors. I suppose you get what you pay for, and the work does speak for itself.

Third time using their services and they never disappoint. Consistent quality and honest pricing.

Went above and beyond to help me with a custom request. The team really knows their stuff and took time to explain the process. Will definitely be back for future projects.

Good experience overall. They completed my project on time and the quality met expectations. Pricing is competitive compared to other shops in the area.

They've built a good reputation for a reason. Attention to detail is excellent and they stand behind their work. Had a minor issue months later and they took care of it without question.

The finished product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability. However, it took about 3 weeks longer than the original estimate. Worth the wait, but better timeline communication would help.
