I don’t usually write reviews, but Rahul earned this one. My situation wasn’t straightforward — I converted my residential property to BTL, raised capital from that and another BTL, and used it to fund the deposit on my dream home. When the first lender tried to downvalue the property, Rahul didn’t just accept it and move on. He switched lenders the same day, pushed for a proper valuation, and secured me a better rate with lower fees. He chased underwriters and solicitors relentlessly — and I mean relentlessly — answering every question I had, even late in the evening. No sugar-coating, no disappearing, just straight answers and fast action. If you want a broker who actually fights for you instead of just ticking boxes, Rahul’s your man.
