The benefit of Redraw is that they are large enough to give excellent coverage but small enough to care for their customers. I know that if there is an issue, a rare occurrence, they react quickly to resolve it, unlike many of the larger companies who have to go through the motions’ and can take days. I also like the competitive pricing of Redraw when compared to many other broadband companies. Overall I would definitely recommend them as a serious partner for home or business.
