Good experience
Friendly, kowledgeable and professional service from a source I trust. I have been using Red IT for a few years now, and while they might not be quite as 'feature rich' as some of the other hosting companies out there, there's more than enough tools to do what's needed.
Extremely poor, or non existent, support. Many phone calls and tickets opened but no response meant we defaulted on a URL and consequently lost the Web Site. Not happy!
