Ivan’s course is top-notch. His course is very thorough and covers everything from selecting the right house/apartment/condo to pricing, scheduling, furnishing your rental. Then how to scale your business. The course is very organized and he even has checklists for all the items you’ll need and even scripts for interactions with guest. Highly recommended!
I went from nothing to 2 Airbnb units!
Thanks to Ivan and the Prohost community, I went from knowing nothing about short term rentals to running 2 Airbnb units in Long Beach. Never thought I’d run a successful business because most of them fail. Hahaha!
