BAIT & SWITCH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the head company down to the Franchise. Rude service at Miami location from the start. They hook you online with a low price ($124 via Priceline) the prepaid amount will be lost if you decide not to rent from them after arriving and being hit with additional charges for tolls & Insurance. You can not use your own transponder (I was using Priceline and the Priceless Policies on that web site does not match what is written on the Priceless Miami web site) Then we were forced to buy additional Insurance (they accept Allstate & deductible has to be lower than $500 which it was but they still declined). New charge $450. Then they over charged my credit card $675. Miami never returned my phone calls. Worked with my credit card company to successfully recover the overcharges. I reached out to the head company they sent out a mass email to 10 key people (including the director) and got ghosted when asking why my insurance was not acceptable after meeting all the written policy requirements. Will never use again!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! What a sh*t show. One person behind the desk on Friday morning and she had ZERO sense of urgency while 12 people were in line for 2+ hours! The car was NOT clean when it was given to us, the gas gage was NOT on full (despite the contract saying it was) and the mileage was not what was listed on the contract. Be sure to take a pic of your dashboard before you leave the lot. The cost was also about 3x's what was quoted online. Also, they only ask you if you want basic or full insurance. When I told them I don't want either, they said I could only opt out of using theirs if I owned car between 2020 and 2025...what?? How does that even make sense?? I even had to show the proof that my car was a 2020. So stupid. Terrible experience, use another rental place.

Quisiera advertirles y dejar constancia de una muy mala experiencia con Priceless Miami, quienes subcontratan a JC Car Rental. Junto a mi pareja arrendamos un vehículo el día 31 de mayo de 2025, el cual fue entregado en perfectas condiciones y con el tanque lleno el día 3 de junio de 2025.
A pesar de esto, y según información proporcionada por la propia empresa, recién el 16 de junio de 2025 habrían gestionado el reembolso de la garantía de USD 300. Sin embargo, al contactar a mi banco en Chile, me informan que al cierre del período de facturación (24 de junio) no figura ninguna nota de crédito ni devolución registrada.
He intentado comunicarme diariamente con el área de cobranzas, con el propio dueño de JC Car Rental y también con Priceless, sin obtener ninguna respuesta responsable ni solución concreta. A la fecha de hoy, 10 de julio, han pasado 41 días desde el pago de la garantía, y aún no ha sido devuelta.
Siento que estoy siendo víctima de una estafa. En mi país, Chile, este tipo de situaciones no son toleradas y se protege de manera estricta a los consumidores. Espero que esto sirva de advertencia para otros y que la empresa tome conciencia del daño que este tipo de prácticas genera.
Pretty bad experience at Priceless in…
Pretty bad experience at Priceless in San Juan, PR. First car had the driver's door handle broken from the inside. They exchanged the vehicle without a problem the next day.
However, they force you to purchase their insurance or will not rent you, which is illegal. They also force you to purchase their toll plan or will not rent you.
I rented from 6/6/25 to 6/17/25. Today is 7:7/25 and I still have not received my $250 security depisit in spite of having called them 3x.
