One booking only so far…
So far we have only had one booking as a result of the pricing by price labs. Not worried about it at this stage because we have been fully booked and villa not available to take advantage of the new pricing. Service has been outstanding.

Great features and support
We've been using Pricelabs over 3 years (with Ownerrez, Lodgify and Cloudbeds). It has endless features. May be overwhelming for the beginner but once you get a grab, the customizations are nearly endless. Especially if you're feeding prices to multiple PMS or OTAs, it is even greater. It is so easy to automate orphan day discounts, occupancy based rate adjustments, changing the rates on the calendar. Kuddos to support, you've got someone responding in less than a few hours in most cases. Documentation is great, if you read through those, you wouldn't even need suport.

Reliable and Powerful, but Requires Active Oversight
We’ve been using PriceLabs for dynamic pricing across our hotel and cabin listings, and overall, it’s been a valuable tool. The platform offers excellent customization, useful market insights, and flexible control over rate rules. Compared to other pricing tools, it gives a solid balance of automation and strategy, especially when managing multiple OTA channels. That said, it's not entirely set-and-forget—at least not in our case. We’ve found it necessary to monitor and adjust pricing manually twice a day to make sure rates stay competitive and aligned with our goals. The interface can be a bit clunky at first, and some features require a learning curve, especially when trying to balance seasonality, minimum stays, and last-minute discounts. Still, PriceLabs does what it promises and has helped us increase both occupancy and average daily rate. The ability to set floor and ceiling rates and adjust for booking pace gives us real control, and the integration with OTAs works smoothly most of the time. Support has been responsive and helpful, and the regular updates show the team is actively improving the platform. If you’re willing to put in the time to configure it properly, PriceLabs is a great tool for revenue management.

PriceLabs é uma excelente ferramenta para optimizar a rentabilidade dos apartamentos. Penso que ainda poderia ser melhor se fossem fornecidas formações com casos concretos de todas as ferramentas que a PriceLabs disponibiliza, os videos são interessantes mas falta alguma realidade

Terrible support, lip service only
I have been with PriceLabs for around two years now. I suppose everything has been working okay so far. We have chosen to proceed with their API through our website. However, we have been waiting for over three days for them to send the relevant information. My dev team and I have been waiting to start the integration. No timeframe has been supplied, no response to emails, multiple tickets have been raised, and there is no contact number. This is very concerning. I guess at least we’ve learned now rather than waiting for something serious to happen. We will now be looking for alternatives!

Price labs takes the guess work out of Short Term Rental Pricing! They simplify what one needs to charge for certain properties, in certain areas and during certain seasons! Their prices are neither too high nor too low but just right. However, this is still a game of numbers-the more properties, the more income Price labs will generate for you the host or owner. They charge very reasonably for their services too and they're being used by some of the BEST minds, I know, in the industry!! Try them for your self.

Good help for price determination
Thanks to PriceLaps, I was able to achieve a noticeably better occupancy rate for my Airbnb; the application is easy to use and gives a good insight into the price structure in the vicinity of your own accommodation.

PriceLabs Positive Revenue Impact
PriceLabs has positively impacted my revenue in two ways: 1. In Neighborhood Data, Competitor Calendar, I can easily understand competitor pricing. There is an export to CSV button which makes analysis even easier. 2. Using the data extracted from Competitor Calendar, I understand who are the “real” competitors, what is their occupancy level, and what pricing actions I need to take.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. I contacted the team to find out why my AirBnB and VRBO prices seemed out of whack. Seems that the I had accidentally activated AirBnB smart pricing which caused the discrepancy. Simple fix from the Team and my account pricing is running with no issues.

Cannot remove Price Lab’s pricing
Been trying for days to cancel my trial. Multiple chat support and a 1 on 1 screen share and Price Labs pricing, minimum days, etc are still populated on my Calendar. I cannot change my own prices and PL support cannot help at all.

A Happy Customer
I have been using PriceLabs for just a couple of months. It has had an immediate impact on the business. While currently in low season, I am up 24% over last year, most likely the effect of a more aggressive and differentiated price strategy. I now look forward to see the impact on the high season. Something else that I have appreciated are the frequent training sessions organised by PriceLabs. I attended a 5-day Masterclass and I learned a great deal. At the moment, I am definitely a happy customer.

Easy improved Pricing with Pricelabs
We use Pricelabs within our Software/Channel manager to do the pricing for our holiday rentals in Berlin. We have automated the process of pricing with the help of Pricelabs. While using recommended procedures from Pricelabs it was easy to setup and use the tool. We saw the great potential of the tool right after the start. I assume we can get further benefit when we would put more effort in this tool.

"A" for ideation, but a "D" for delivery. Very complex and confusing to implement.
PriceLabs has very ambitious goals to help AirBNB hosts optimize pricing, but the platform is too complex to help non-technical hosts. Communication from the company under the guise of "support" is mostly self-focused and self-serving, with way too much "inside baseball" content to be useful. Additionally, they seem to be an adolescent company that has fallen in love with being a startup, which really holds them back. And while I applaud the depth and breadth of their tools, with this depth comes complexity and this complexity makes the system very frustrating for a non technologist to use. There is no way I will pay someone to implement a tool like this as a consultant; if I cannot use the tool as an owner-operator, then it doesn't work for me. I hope that PriceLabs can work through their many challenges, as it is a good concept in theory. They get an "A" for ideation, but a "D" for delivery.
