Great service for video conversion
Bob was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages and sorted out putting our old family videos onto digital format for us. Digital format was easy to download from a link he sent us and all great. Very good service and would recommend highly to others for this service. Happy now we have our family videos on digital so we have them for future generations.

Great service!
I had found a couple VHS tapes when removing stuff from my dad’s house. I didn’t know what to do with them so I googled how to digitalise them and preserve media came up. Rang the number and bob answered, told me I could drop them off next day and it’d take about a week to sort them. Sure enough I got a message to tell me it’s done and ready to collect. The price was good and to be able to rewatch precious memories and people who aren’t around anymore is priceless. Thank you again!

Excellent service
Preserve media were given a difficult task to improve the quality of a very old wedding video recorded off a TV so no original material to work with, yet they improved the clarity, trimmed it down and set it to music of our choosing all in time for my parents golden wedding anniversary, a perfect added gift. Communication excellent from start to finish highly recommend.

Perfect Results
I have used Preserve Media before and was happy with the results. This time I had 3 VHS 180 tapes with overseas holidays from the 1990's. I asked for them to be put on a USB stick which duly happened and the results were excellent. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and at an acceptable price..

Preserve-Media a brilliant service
Bob was really helpful in answering all my questions about a broken tape reel and tape speeds before I sent my precious memento to him. The service was great, quick and reliable and at a very reasonable charge (I had considered buying reel to reel equipment myself but Bob has it all). I will be using Preserve-Media again very soon for more transfers of my precious media. Thanks again Bob.
