Needed help with cancelation of my subscription due to my child forgetting login credentials. Once I reached out to them via email they acted quickly and understandably. They canceled the subscription with no problem what so ever.

Top notch customer service

My kids reached for this game often after they started playing it at school. I got the membership and when it was time to cancel it they even gave me a refund for the last month because I reached out within 15 days of seeing the charge. That’s a big deal for me because I forget about memberships sometimes and the fact that they would give a refund was a great choice when it comes to customer service.

My daughter loves the game and after…

My daughter loves the game and after showing that she would stick with it, we pay for the monthly subscription. She is in kindergarten and performing some 3rd grade math and beyond. My one concern initially was that the math would go too advanced for her age, but she seems okay with it. I ran into an issue with logging in and after replying to my monthly billing notification, Spencer was able to resolve the login issue quick and painlessly. I would recommend as kids seem to really enjoy the math program. I haven't had her try the reading, but she's about ready to begin that.

I’ve always loved this app but this time around I’ve experienced trouble creating student accounts not sure of the problem. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but it still doesn’t fix the issue.

Excellent for independent learning!

I previously used the free version with my class. This summer I subscribed to the membership for my children. They have enjoyed using the program to practice the skills they learned last year and to begin learning next year’s content. It’s a great program that motivates my children to complete the questions. I appreciate how there are definition or skill reminder prompts for the kids to use if needed. Not only has the program been great for my children, customer service is top notch! I submitted a ticket today for support and within minutes it was resolved.

A prodigy is a person with exceptional qualities or abilities. Prodigy is a popular maths and English game for kids. The game involves an exciting fantasy world filled with new adventures. Some of the many attractions are rescuing over 100 pet's, answering math questions to win battles and completing daily and seasonal Quests. I suggest guests having a calculator handy to help with tricky questions. However, Prodigy also has its drawback's .The game can become repetitive after a while and annoyingly I never know if the level will be easy or hard. Also, Prodigy tries to get you to spend money. Prodigy is a fun game for kids and I recommend Prodigy to anyone wanting to pass time.

Wonderful Customer Service

We have used Prodigy for a few years. The first year we used the free version just to make sure my kids would like it, which they did! The next year I upgraded to a paid math membership. This year I wanted to upgrade to the highest level membership for one of my kids because he loves it. I wasn’t able to upgrade because his membership was still active. I contacted customer support and they were able to cancel his membership, reimburse me the prorated amount left for the year, and this allowed me to upgrade his membership. I actually forgot to respond to an email response and Dan reached out to me to see if I still needed assistance. I’m very happy with the customer service I received and the platform. It is extremely helpful to my children.
