Initial contact was with Will Adams, who took an insightful assessment of my needs and welcomed me to the process. My web designer, Alex Peterson, was thorough, professional, and highly collaborative. He worked with me at every step in the process to produce a new web site that not only served my needs but anticipated future needs in my niche of the writing/publishing industry. He listened carefully, problem-solved, and came up with a product that exceeded my expectations. My new web site is clear, colorful, and appealing. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend As a small business owner, I hired Pixel with the hope of building a clean, functional website to support client booking and payments. Unfortunately, the entire experience was marked by poor communication, missed expectations, and a lack of accountability. Despite paying $900, I never received a live, usable website. Key questions—like where I intended to host the site or whether I already had a domain—were never asked upfront, which led to unnecessary complications and additional costs later in the process. When I raised concerns, I was often met with dismissive responses or explanations that shifted blame rather than providing real solutions. In the end, I had to build my own website independently—one that better reflects my brand and provides the features I originally requested. I would not recommend this company, particularly to entrepreneurs or small businesses looking for thoughtful partnership, reliable delivery, and professionalism. I hope my experience helps others avoid the same frustration.

Pixel Genesys is the kind of team you hope exists but assume is just legend. We’re working directly with Alex P. and Ali on our app, and they’ve been nothing short of phenomenal. They’re smart, fast, and somehow manage to keep up with our big ideas and our oddball humor. They don’t just check boxes—they actually care about the vision. Alex brings great ideas to the table and never misses a detail, and seems to have a sixth sense for what we need before we even finish the sentence. They’ve taken our concept and helped shape it into something way better than we pictured. They are hardworking, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to collaborate with but if you’re lucky enough to work with this crew, don’t mess it up. They’re the real deal!!! A+++
