Will not be buying again. Paid £5.99 for next day delivery. One of the items was faulty, so I returned both items, because the other item was no use to me any more due to me wanting to wear it as a set. They took £2.99 off for returns plus didn’t even refund the £5.99 shipping cost! It wasn’t my fault their item had a hole in! I shouldn’t have to be out of pocket because of your faulty clothes!!

Absolute joke of a company. I have purchased from here numerous times and now I have returned a parcel and after receiving an email from them to say they have received the parcel in full ,they have only give me a partial refund, I am still awaiting approx £50 and no one on their customer service email is happy to help!

Parcel was attempted to deliver to requested locker now showing returned to sender 17 days and counting can’t track any further as returned to sender postcode is diff to mine but when I put in the returns address postcode says incorrect, still no idea and still no refund customer service email is automated response not sure what else to do!!!! Really poor process

Absolutely disgusted. I have just received my order, one dress collected from my local collection point. I have arrived home to open it and almost instantly I knew this dress wasn’t right.. the smell of perfume was very strong. Iv taken the dress out of the bag and it’s been worn, it has tan or makeup marks on it stains at the front and bottom of the dress and yellow/brown stains at the arm pit region. It’s clearly been worn by someone. I have taken pictures and shown the people who are present with me who all agree it’s been worn, and not just tried on. I have emailed pink boutique and will update once a response has been received. Shocking. The dress its self is absolutely beautiful and very good quality. The price is also reasonable. I do however refuse to wear a dress iv paid for which has clearly already been worn. It’s disgusting.
