Anytime that I have submitted a tech question to Picup media I get a response in under 1 hour and often sooner. They are always trying to help troubleshoot and shows that they really care about the user experience. I know of no other Tech company with a better customer service group.
Kristine and Charles were a great help in resolving a technical issue.
I was really impressed with Charles! He provided clear instructions, was incredibly patient and calm throughout the process, and made sure to resolve the issue efficiently. His professionalism really stood out, and I appreciated the thoughtful approach he took. Highly recommend!

Kristine was amazing! She helped me unbox, setup, and test the Gem LightBox. While, also assisting in dowloading the app and testing everything with the video and picture settings. Looking forward to working with her again soon, after playing around some more with this amazing tool.

The support from the company is outstanding. I have not been using mine very much only because I have not been making jewellery in the first half of the year but they actively ring me - out of the blue - to make sure I am getting on with the product. The support person, Jocelyn, is incredibly patient and has shown me how to setup the package and how to take better photos and link to my shopify site. No other company I know rings to see 'how you are getting on with the product'.
Rosh was FANTASTIC to work with. We've been long time customers and have had some bumps along the road, but Rosh and the team got everything sorted out for us quickly this time!
