Amazing Staff! Made the experience easy and enjoyable

Firstly I loved the collection at Pernia's Pop-Up, they have a vast collection from clothes to accessories, make it a one stop shop! I appreciated their very involved staff that helped me with getting good deals and also helped me with figuring out logistical issues with on-going hikes in shipping prices due to external tariffs. A big shout out to Henry D'souza for being quick, active and responsive about my queries and helping me resolve them!

I would say before the purchase their service is unmatched, I tried cancelling my purchase within 16 hours of my purchase due to not being aware of them not absorbing the customs as any company selling things across the Indian borders does, the customer service simply said no. The charges should be clearly displayed and better return cancel options should be made available.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service . They delay my order over weeks . They keep saying that mam for sure you will get this saree in Canada before my event but my event is already done . Customer care personnel reached to me in the beginning , giving his full name so I can give 5 star to his service . I did follow his instructions but now there is no clarity why they are keeping my saree for internal check for a week . I am very disheartened to say that I paid full price forvtjis outfit but I couldn’t wear it on my occasion because it hasn’t reached to me . Very disappointing
