IF YOU WEAR CONTACT LENSES DO NOT USE THIS POWDER!!!!!!!! IT PUT A FILM ON MY LENSES AND I COULD NOT SEE. I HAD TO REMOVE THEM, RINSE THEM, AND PUT THEM BACK IN 15 TIMES IN 5.5 HOURS. HAD TO LEAVE WORK EARLY BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE! BRAND NEW CONTACT LENSES RUINED IN 5.5 HOURS!!!!! PLEASE TRY AT HOME FIRST BEFORE GOING TO WORK OR DRIVING ANYWHERE!!!!!!!

I just noticed OPVBEAUTY on Instagram, let me tell you this their product is amazing. Their customer service are so helpful The setting powder last me all day. Their Eyeshadow are so pigment. Their Yemoja eyeshadow palette is so beauty and very pigmented. I will definately recommend this brand

OPV product is one of the best have ever used. There eyeshadow palette is so amazing I was introduced to this brand by few of my friends at work their makeup are just amazing. I will also say there customer services is amazing. They also sent me a gift as a new customer. I love their Matte lipstick it just amazing,please do not sleep on OPVBEAUTY there eyeshadow palette is one of the best I have used. There setting powder oh my God this is just one of the best powder in the world. Love love all their products.

I purchased what was advertised as yaki raw straight hair for £220. However, after washing it, the hair was clearly silky and definitely not raw. I contacted OPV three times via email, even providing videos to demonstrate the issue, but my emails have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It feels like I’ve been scammed, and I’m incredibly disappointed with both the product and the lack of response from the company. I would not recommend purchasing from OPV.

I have no clue where my order is ? [Order #4238] (December 2, 2019) there was a mail writing its complete,what does it mean is this shipped,not shipped??

I purchased a wig from this company, and both the shipping and quality have been amazing! The wig is exactly as described soft, natural looking, and well made. Shipping was fast and hassle free. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen with ANY company. Not an exaggeration. I had a problem two years ago and emailed probably about 10 times and never received a response. Tried again a year later just to see if it improved. Nothing. Tried their Instagram the other day, they sent me a link to a form and another email. I emailed in, received no reply. Messaged the Instagram page saying I was ignored and the Instagram page has ignored me since. DO NOT BUY!!! It’s a real shame as I really loved the original product (until it fell apart and no one would help me!!!!)

I dont like the fact that you advertised one price and then charged my card anther price. I dont recommend any company that takes people money

I recently bought some matte lip, foundation, eyeshadow palletes for my wife at Christmas and she loved it. OPV products are absolutely amazing. We will definitely recommend and patronize then over and over again. Keep up the good work. Delivery was also prompt, quicker than I expected given that it was during festive period.

I purchased two lipsticks (Silencer and Shine). The first time I tried Silencer it burned/stung my lips. I wiped it off and moisturized them in case it was that. I applied it again and it stung less. The stinging stopped as I continued to wear it. I tried both lipsticks for a few weeks and then I stopped wearing them to try another brand. Today, I've tried it again. I can feel it drying out my lips but it isn't stinging this time. I like the way the lipstick looks but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't sting. I could just be allergic to one of the chemicals and the feeling of puckering lips could be my lips reacting to it. So, I'm giving it 4 stars because I like the way the colour looks if not how it feels. It also stays on well when I'm drinking coffee. It comes off when I'm eating and if I put water near my lips, the lipstick is gone. Otherwise, it stays on.

Where do I even start! The setting powder is amazing! And keeps my make up intact the whole night! No more oily skin whewwww! I currently have two eye shadow palettes and both are very pigmented, high quality eyeshadows! I would say if your thinking of buying new make up go for OPV beauty they will not disappoint!

Honestly the customer service was bad and I never got my product. I emailed a bunch of times but I never got an answer and it’s been so long I don’t think I’m gonna. Pity cause I was excited.

There was a problem with my order (incorrect shade of foundation sent) - I emailed OPV and they sent the correct shade to me straight away. I didn’t need to do anything, it was all taken care of. I’m very happy with all the items I ordered. Thank you.

Opvbeauty team was so amazing to me, the staff’s areso lovely, bought some hair and makeup product from them. Their customer service is 5 star. I will definitely be returning to make my hair in the store. I will definitely invite my family and friends as well.

You must be joking if you purchase from this brand. May as well rub harsh chemicals on your skin. I purchased a few lipsticks and when I researched into the ingredients I was not happy. I wanted to send the unused products back which the website then said they would take, and I was blocked on Instagram and all my emails were ignored. I called the owner and she hanged up on me. After two years I got my twenty pounds back from the owner after contacting trading standards. Do not be fooled by the cheap price. It’s cheap and low quality in every sense. There are much affordable brands out there which are good for your skin too. Opv is absolutely Full of the worst products and worst service too. This is my opinion only. But another review on here also said their customer service is very bad! They just want your money

Useless company- product was damaged. They sell discounted products that are damaged and unusable and don’t make customers aware of that. They just say it’s in the sale- no mention of damage on the product information. They do not refund

I have just received my stick foundation and I love it. It blends really well and covers imperfections great. Fast delivery too.
