I just want my money back

It took 3 weeks for my order to be delivered which wasn’t to bad but still abit long . I order from this company as I thought the product looked really good quality. When I got the 2 hoodies they were to small and not that great in quality they were cheap hoodies with a nice print on them . I sent them back on the 4th July and I am still yet to receive my refund nearly 5weeks later. My wife sent a product back to another company the same time and for a refund 2 days later. I have trued to call the number on the website but is an American number I think and won’t go through trued to sent an email but it’s saying the email is incorrect. So I did the thing on the website were you ask them something and put your email down as well and nothing back . Customer service seems none existent. I just want my £68 back .

I previously left a 1 star for this company as I ordered a hoodie but never received any correspondence at all. Which was weird. I received the hoodie. It's great and looks looks nice. The hoodie was actually dispatched very quickly too. Thanks guys.

Excellent quality

The designs on all the products are amazing, very good quality hoodies, for a really affordable price. The delivery times were very good as well. Highly recommend this small run business.

Fab quality and unique designs

I've had my hoodies for a few weeks now and love them. The quality is excellent. The fabric is the perfect weight, not too thick but not thin either. They have been worn and washed several times now with no fade, no bobbling or shrinkage and they keep their shape. They get softer with each wash just how I like them. Definitely my new favourite hoodies but I wish they had a nice light pink one. I would definitely buy again. Fab

I'm absolutely in love with this…

I'm absolutely in love with this t-shirt. The fabric is so soft, and it feels like a second skin. The nature design is beautiful and has such intricate details that really stand out. Extrem schlechter Support

Erst haben sie die falsche Adresse genommen, obwohl ich Deutschland angegeben hatte. Nun habe ich dem Support geschrieben das ich die Bestellung widerrufen möchte und mein Geld zurück haben möchte, Aber bekomme keine Antwort Einfach lächerlich, kann jedem nur davon abraten Nach einer Woche hatte sich der Support gemeldet und angeblich wurde die Ware rausgeschickt. Ich kann des weiter nur davon abraten dort etwas zu bestellen

Apparent non existent delivery and distinct lack of communication.

One choice apparel has noted the negatives from my review below and done their best to amend them and make things right. For this I am happy to increase their stars for overall customer service. I would order again as the quality of the t shirts is very good, I would just bare in mind the time frame may not be immediate. The lack of communication and dishonesty of the customer service has led to me wanting a refund before the t shirts have left the store. I will explain further below, but as it stands, would not recommend ordering from one choice apparel. I ordered 3 t shirts on 19.8.24 and received a confirmation email. Unfortunately no delivery time frame is set at time of ordering so it is very unclear when I should expect the items. With no update I then emailed asking if I could have an update on expected delivery on 21.8.24. I explained I needed the items for the end of the following week and if they could not be sent by then I would like a refund. I received no response until 23.8.24 which stated that my items were due to be sent out on that day so should arrive early next week. The tracking was not updated and so far as I know, the items have not been sent. I emailed again on 27.8.24, stating that the delivery clearly had no been sent and the item are no longer needed, please issue a full refund. But as of yet I have not heard back. I have ordered in the past and had similar delivery issues. Having read some of their recent reviews it seemed they were trying to make amends to bad delivery service. I can see now that this is a front and they are making no efforts to actually improve their customer services. I question whether the 5* reviews are genuine as they all say similar things. I am happy to be proved wrong and willing to update my review, provided one choice apparel make an conscious effort to make this right.

Would definitely order again

I ordered two sweatshirts before reading the reviews, which then made me a little apprehensive. No need for apprehension at all. The sweatshirts arrived in what felt like a very short space of time (perhaps 7 working days?) The designs look as great up close as they do online, and the sizing is very good. The material is perhaps not as thick as I'd hoped, but they're lovely sweatshirts nevertheless, with good quality printing which looks like it will last well.

The reviews are correct - very poor

I ordered from the website and was interested to hear about sustainability. Took 2 weeks for delivery of an item that was much smaller than the size requested and the label stated made in Pakistan. A tag states they will plant a tree for every sale. Somewhat dubious sustainability claim for a product sourced from Pakistan. When returned , retook another 2 weeks for the refund. If I'd have read the reviews before , I wouldn't have purchased. Zero communication by email . Avoid and shop elsewhere. Shame really as the clothing images are pretty unique , but badly let down by the rest of the business model

I wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered something that looked lovely a jumpsuit when it arrived was just so awful no shape and rubbish material. They said return for refund. Item cost me £40. I paid £15 to send back to China. That was January.... I put the correct address and have confirmation of sending it from post office. STILL THEY SAY I SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS AND SAID THEY HAVE SEARCHED THEOR WHOKE WAREHOUSE AND CANT FIND IT. I have emailed every week at least once to them still they reply need proof. I am at a loss why big Co like that would refuse to help me.

Good quality item, no problems

I read a lot of negative reviews and was very worried. I didn’t hear anything after 11 days, and didn’t get any notification that my item had been posted. But it arrived after 12 days. Really good quality, gorgeous item, really happy with it. I wanted to order more tbh but there were glitches on the website when viewing it on my phone. Only given 4 star instead of 5 due to lack of communication. Maybe they’re busy.

Qualität gut, service eher schlecht.

Ich habe am 7.3.2024 zwei tshirts bestellt und auch bezahlt. Habe nie eine auftragsbestätigung erhalten und meine email an den support wurde BLOCKIERT!!! Die T-Shirts habe ich dann plötzlich doch noch erhalten. Aber keine bestellbestätigung, keine versandbestätigung... Da denkt man, man wurde betrogen. Da die Shirts dann doch geliefert wurden und die qualität auch gut ist, ändere ich gerne meine bewertung von 1 auf 3 sterne.

Transfer is incredibly poor and washes off

Ordered and given one date then that passed. Emailed them finally got a new date All in all item took over 8 weeks to arrive. I understand they print to order so assumed a busy period. On first inspection items are amazing incredibly vibrant and the hoodies themselves of a good quality. After the first wash the transfers began to crack and show signs of wear. (the back more than the front) Now it's at a point the transfers have completely washed off the back and only specks of yellow showing. The grey from the first wash you couldn't see the transfer at all. The hoodie it's self is thick and showing no signs of broken stitching or anything along those lines. But you can't make out the design at all and it's such a rough looking 'distress' it's not really a wearing out the house item. It's a shame I love the idea of this business plan in long lasting print as order idea. But the transfer (main point of the order as well) has let it down big time. I have ordered much cheaper items that have lasted far longer.

Avoid.

Oh man, where do I start! Firstly, here’s what I have observed about this company; a really well put together and professional looking website that isn’t backed up with customer service. Communication is poor, I mean really poor, and delivery times aren’t clear at all. I waited over 7 days to get a email reply to find out when I could expect delivery, when I was told it would be sent out the following week I asked for a refund. I didn’t receive a email reply until I emailed several times asking for a refund, when I finally got a reply it simply said the tee had been sent. In the end the tee took 2 weeks to be delivered and the customer service was so awful that I’m not interested in wearing the tee at all. And if I was I would be disappointed in the fit. But I’m not going to send it back, I really cba to go through the process. I’m just going to let it sit there gathering dust until it eventually goes to a charity shop. The thing is, if they were just honest from the start and said deliveries take 2 weeks I would have probably been ok. But they take over a week to reply to emails, do not monitor their social accounts and don’t seem to acknowledge requests in emails or listen to any of the feedback in reviews. Bad experience, I would avoid.
