Very terrible customer service. At this Orchard Place in Skokie IL , bought shoes on a Friday August 15 want it to exchange the size from 11 to 11.5 , management bad attitude they should set an example to their staff and I just wasted 50 dollars plus tax for no reason they wouldn’t let me exchange in two days of purchase, I rather shop at DSW next door
They advertise new, send returned, used, tag-less items. Consumer fraud 101. Let’s start a class action!
The Assist Manager ,Z in Winter Park Store FL always welcomed me and greeted me by name if she was at the checkout desks. Very knowledgeable and wanted to know about the products I decided to return.

Back in the day Nordstrom Rack used to be so classy, nice employees, good clothing. You knew you weren’t at regular Nordstrom but still it was still a pleasurable experience. Not now. I’m done. Apparently the cashiers don’t need to be nice to the shoppers. Like Walmart. Get them out ASAP. I thought maybe my cashier last time was having a bad day but two visits later they’re all the same, snippy, no smile. I bought two dresses and asked off I could have them left on the hanger. Huffy she said….”.I guess. We’re not suppose to.” Really?? Then when she handed them to me over the counter one of the hangers broke. I asked got another one and she said “That one is fine.” I left because I knew I would get upset and didn’t want to go there. I ended up returning the dresses. I had them for 31 days, one day over the return policy, one day. They wouldn’t credit my Nordstrom account. I said to this cashier… “One day? Can’t you credit my account?” Her response was bothered and she said…” No. it’s been that way a long time, you should know that.” So I’m done. Not the same as it to be. Target and TJ MAXX better clothes anyway.
I was able to purchase Brooks Glycerin Running Shoes for my size at the cheapest price on the market from an apparently reputable retailer (99 dollars). Shipping was likewise fast after a sleek and easy guest checkout.
Impossible to pay, constant error message of shipping address and billing address not the same. I tried the recommended workaround of NOT selecting the checkbox and entering the same info twice, but that didn't work either. Customer service cannot help, they get the same error message.

Return Policy should be advertised in the store or when checking out. Deceiving to believe that they have the same policy as Nordstrom. Not good customer service. Disappointed.
Never order from this place! Lost my package would do nothing about it, No discounts when I was going to reorder. Then they say the don't have the items available anymore. Just your out luck on you children's clothes. Here is a refund. Horrible company to deal with they won't help you.
Shopping @ Nordstrom Rack has always been a great experience. I had an online return @ the Sunset Valley location and was assisted by one of their sales associates, Marjorie P. Who was extremely professional and super helpful. Thank you for always providing the best customer care!
Horrible - salespeople yelled at me in front of customers for spritzing a small perfume I thought was a tester - won’t go back - embarrassing for the company in my opinion

Went to Nordstrom Rack and they never told me I need a tag to return the glasses, I only had the receipt and they wouldn't give me my money back
Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m writing this while standing in line for 15 minutes. There are 14 customers behind me and an employee sorting her return rack. She keeps glancing over and ignoring us. I have never seen anything like it. Two cashiers, employees everywhere and the line is wrapping around the counter. The worst.
Do not buy from them they are committing a crime copy-write infringement is a federal crime they are located in china
Order says delivered but never received anything!!!Nothing stated about which local courier picked up the parcel.Was probably a SCAM all along.Dont bother , spend your money on original items nevermind expensive!!!!
Do Not buy anything from these scammers. They will show you tracking information showing the parcel has been delivered then only offer you 40% of your money back. The tracking site is also a scam. I have reported this transaction to my bank now and will get my money back.
I have an order that has not received and it has been 2 months, I don't know anything about it, it's 5e... no one tells me anything, I'm afraid it's a hoax... I need help Orden 128307-34395970 P.d They reply to my message and say that the order number doesn't match, that they have opened a fake website. Of course, it's easy to say that, and now, whether it's true or not, just saying that is enough, right? You're scammers.
I compared Nordstrom pricing for the Ugg Cora Sandal in green Caterpillar-6-3-25 $48 on Nordstrom site said it was sold out-then on 6-4-25 it appeared on Nordstrom Rack for $69.97 plus shipping fee $9.95 and extra tax. Why would the Rack think they could charge over $32 more? Buyers do your research Please...
I have always had a great experience on Norstrom Rack. But beware a FAKE Nordstrom Rack is displayed online if it appears as an ad on Facebook or an advertisement on a game. I grew suspicious when the Check out didn’t include a Nordstrom’s card or my information. BEWARE. The real rack always has the Nordstrom’s web address on the sight.
This was my first time ordering from Nordstrom rack and don’t know if I’ll be doing that again. I had ordered some shoes online to be picked up at a local store. Other stores check all their inventory and ship it to the desired store. I just received an email saying they had to cancel my order because the store I picked didn’t have it in stock. That is a bad way to do business. If that is there business plan it would be the same as me going to a store in person and purchasing then. Like I said I’ve never had a store tell me they were out of stock. If that is the way they are operating it’s a bad business model.
