Would give a minus score if an available choice. Sunday August 24, 2025 I placed an order under the assumption I was buying from a sale at Nordstrom Department store. I even checked to see if I could return the items or if it was a final sale. It indicated full return . When I added my Visa , and expected to get an email that Nordstrom had gotten my order — there was none. I immediately got a notice from my bank that I had made a purchase and that purchase appeared as Nodstroom .com. I called Nordstrom and found they had no order from me. I called my bank and had to wait until the item was no longer pending to ask for help with I felt was a scam. I was told that it would not be called a scam because I had willingly put in my Visa information. I was told it was a company in the EU and they would look into it. I have not heard anything yet as to how I can get a refund.
