I bought several pieces of clothing from Niswa Fashion for myself and my daughter. The quality of the fabrics is high quality and well designed. One of the bathing suits had a broken zipper and the company replaced it immediately. Buying online is always a risk even when the company is well known. I ordered several hijabs from Niswa and they arrived to Canada quickly and are absolutely beautiful. I had a minor issue with a couple items and customer service was very responsive and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I absolutely love the fabric and the fit and finish of the abayas. I wear abayas on a daily basis and these are so convenient and comfortable to wear. The customer service is excellent! I ordered a wrong sized items but the team members were excellent in resolving my problem and worked with me. The customer service is usually not this efficient but the Niswa team went over and beyond my expectations.

horrible experience with this company. I ordered two dresses for Eid from here, the dresses were ordered three weeks in advance and I also paid for their DHL express worldwide shipping option which was posted to say that id receive the package from March 27th-29th, 3-5 business days. this was perfect for me and I didn't mind paying $66 if it meant id get it in time for Eid. it also was perfect because id be getting two weeks in advance so if I needed to make any alterations to the dresses id have plenty of time. I've also had many wonderful and prompt experiences from further locations than the USA with DHL so I was not worried as I knew they wouldn't disappoint me.
a day after I ordered it it had already reached a UPS warehouse in Canada, I've never had deliveries with UPS so I wasn't sure of the experience but I thought Id be okay as I had two weeks as a buffer anyways and if there were any issues it be fine as I still had time. my package was said to arrive March 28th but then it changed to April 1st, then I was not given an estimated delivery date, but then it was updated to April 13th after 4 days of no update. this frustrated me as that meant I would not have my package in time for Eid.
I contacted the Niswas fashion team to see if they could give me a refund as my package was way past the time frame of the service I had paid for. they were very prompt with their response but they told me that because the package had shipped to the UPS warehouse in Canada on March 25th it was no longer in their hands and if there were any issues id have to resolve it on my own. I was very frustrated as I was promised a service but was aired out when I tried to get a refund or compensation for a service I was not receiving. I would have even taken half of the shipping fee, or literally anything to make the horrible situation better. but they were not willing to give anything.
I finally received my package April 12th, but Eid was already over atp, and I was no longer excited to even see the dresses. I did try on the dresses and they did fit okay and they looked decent material wise, I wasn't upset about the quality of the dresses.
If you plan to purchase from this site id advise you to order a month ahead to make sure you receive your package before your event. Id also recommend just paying for the $14 international standard shipping as you'd receive it in the same time frame and you wouldn't be spending an absurd amount on shipping that you're not guaranteed. I personally will not be a returning customer as this experience was frustrating and upsetting and id rather not go through another situation like this.
