I was watching and hovering around…
I was watching and hovering around options where I had found that the 4K atmos and vision was not showing up and after putting a complaint over the phone they had it fixed just right after the call and I was told that it wasn't a shared line where it was already being shared with 3 people, so the worst thing was when I started watching a hindi movie, sector 36 and while it was playing just shortly after few moment like 2-3 min the netflix popped up a notification that the limit exceeded or something because another person was using it, the names were Afser, Al-amin, Fahad and me including it became 4 so I took the photo and sent it right away yet and said give me refund and immediately you guys refunded the money. So I'd say rather than refunding someone and wasting their time just do a proper service to your clients, I really never mind at all at this kinds of services as this is Bangladesh but as you guys asked for I gave you total explanation of what happened and I'm kinda glad I got refunded because I wasn't happy with what netflix was offering in their platform..thanks 🙏🏼

Customer service needs to improve. Communication should be better and you should understand what your customer is asking for and how to give them that service. When a customer says that they want to continue the account, you should listen and not terminate the account.
